Saludos mis amigos de la colmena y amantes de la cocina, el día de hoy les traigo un delicioso almuerzo realizado para mi familia.Es milanesa de pollo rebozado, con ensalada rallada de zanahoria y repollo y unas papas , espero y disfruten de esta preparación.

Lo primero que se hace es aliñar las milanesas, picando ajo finamente, le agregamos sabroseador, que es condimentos molidos y sal al gusto. Se mezcla bien y se deja reposar para que tome gusto.

Mientras el pollo reposa, picamos el repollo y se ralla la zanahoria. Aderezamos con mayonesa, un toque de mostaza, sal y azúcar. Revolvemos bien y para darle un toque especial colocamos unas rodajas de aguacate.

>While the chicken rests, we chop the cabbage and grate the carrot. Season with mayonnaise, a touch of mustard, salt and sugar. We stir well and to give it a special touch we place some slices of avocado.

Las papas las preparamos en el horno, llamadas rústicas, ya que se colocan con piel. Las picamos en trozos medianos. Le colocamos sal y aceite. Las llevamos en una bandeja al horno por media hora aproximadamente, hasta que doren.

Comenzamos con la preparación del pollo, tomamos los dos huevos y los batimos. Colocamos en un plato la harina de trigo. Pasamos primero la milanesa por el huevo batido, la escurrimos y la pasamos por la harina de trigo hasta que esté bien cubierta.

Ponemos el aceite a calentar y colocamos las milanesas a freír. Hasta que estén bien doradas por ambos lados. Se recomienda que se cocine a fuego moderado, para que cocinen bien.
