Autumn is coming,and the weather is becoming cooler,there are too much vegetables on the market ,especially Japan carrot,looked very likeble. It  contains  rich nutrition, including mustard oil and dietary fiber which  can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, helps the body discharge of waste. Often eat radish can reduce blood fat, soften blood vessel, stabilize blood pressure, prevent coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, cholelithiasis and other disease.

秋天到了,天气转凉,市场上的蔬菜是越来越多,尤其是大萝卜,看了格外招人喜欢.萝卜中含有丰富的营养,其中的芥子油和膳食纤维可促进胃肠蠕动,有助于体内废物的排出。常吃萝卜可降低血脂、软化血管、稳定血压,预防冠心病、动脉硬化、胆石症等疾病。

Today i will share with you how to make pickled radish.Cut radish into shreds, sprinkle with salt and marinate for two days.

我今天给大家分享一个腌制爽脆萝卜。首先把萝卜洗净,去皮,(也可以不去皮)直接切成丝,一定要用刀切,这样吃起来的口感好,有的朋友担心切的不细,然后用工具打成丝也行,然后放一个大瓷碗里。每切完一层萝卜丝,就撒一层盐,一直到装满为止,腌制2天。萝卜溢出水分了,用手把水分揉出,攥干,再用清水把萝卜丝洗下,攥干放入冰箱冷藏备用,以后每次餐前,都可以夹出一些来吃。

Second, make chili oil.Cook the vegetable oil until medium well. Put the sugar in and stir until it change color.Turn off the heat.Pour the boiling oil over the chilli powder. Stir well. The chili oil is finished.

其次,制作辣椒油。买好干红辣椒粉,然后准备一勺白糖。锅里放植物油,烧八层熟的时候,把糖倒进去,搅拌,直至变颜色,琥珀色就行了,关火。把辣椒粉放一小碗里,把烧开的油倒进辣椒粉上,搅拌几下,辣椒油就制作完了。加入白糖制作的辣椒油,不至于特别干辣,拌的凉菜还有种甜味儿,挺好的。

Add the chili oil to the radish,you may add some salt if you taste the dish is not salty.So the crisp radish is ready!please enjoy it !very delicious!

把辣椒油放入萝卜丝上,这样一盘爽脆萝卜丝儿就做成了,如果要是嫌淡的话,可以加入少量盐。

If you do not like chilies,you may add soy sauce and sesame oil.
不爱吃辣椒的朋友,也可以加入酱油,香油调制也可,每顿餐前准备一些腌制的萝卜丝儿,特别下饭。
