Holaaaaaa! Mis queridísimos amigos de Hive.
No lo voy a negar, soy amante del dulce de leche. Me lo como con lo que sea, solo, con galletas, con pan, helados, en tortas. En fín, todo lo que pueda untar con él lo devoro.
Si también eres amante de este delicioso manjar, aquí te comparto la receta.

**INGREDIENTES:**
- 2 lt. de leche
- 700 gr de azúcar
- 1cdta. de bicarbonato de sodio
- 
>**INGREDIENTS:**
- 2 lt. milk
- 700 gr of sugar
- 1cdta. baking soda

**MODO DE PREPARACIÓN:**

- Colocamos la leche, el azúcar y el bicarbonato en una olla.
- Cocinamos a fuego medio sin dejar de remover. Es un proceso largo y hay que tener paciencia.
- Si hierve en exceso, retiramos hasta que baje un poco la temperatura.

>** PREPARATION MODE: **
>- We put the milk, sugar and bicarbonate in a pot.
>- Cook over medium heat without stopping stirring. It is a long process and you have to be patient.
>- If it boils in excess, we remove until the temperature drops a little.

- Seguimos removiendo hasta que torne color caramelo y forme lo que llamamos forma de hilo.
- Dejamos reposar y envasamos.
