话说之前辞工休息了两个星期后,昨天去了面试二份新的工作。
> I had quit my job and having holiday for two weeks. Yesterday, I started to finding new job and went to 2 job interviews.
这两份工作都是求职中介帮我找的,我自己兴趣不大,只是用来热身一下。
> This two job is referred by job agents. I have little interest on it, just use to as a warm-up exercise for interview.
两份都是销售行业的工作,一份是向有钱人推销智能家居产品。不用陌生电访。但需要应酬。轮更制度,有机会星期六日晚上都要上班。需要追数,就是要追求一定的营业额,如达不到目标的话,收入会变得很差。
> This two jobs are sales executives, first one is selling smart living product to rich people. Do not need cold call but need shift and business dinner. Also need to chase sales target for commission.
另一份是销售广告,在报纸社工作,找客户在报纸或他们的网站上落广告。五天工作,需要陌生电访,一样需要追数,就是要追求一定的营业额,如达不到目标的话,收入会变得很差。
> Second one is selling advertisement opportunity, find client to put their advertisements on magazine or internet platform, working for 5 days per week regularly. Also need to chase sales target for commission.
还有两份人工也很低。所以兴趣也不大,只是取一个经验。
> But the salary is not high for these 2 jobs, so I have little interest only. Just earn a experiences.

说回正题,不知为什么,这有两间的面试官对我的前工作兴趣很大,花了很多时间都不是在了解我的为人,而是在了解我旧公司的运作,和有没有什么有趣事发生。
> Back to the topic, the interviewer have great interest in my job. They spend a lot of time to hearing my previous job adventure but not my personality.
嘛,我的前工作的确有一单令我很深刻的案例。而且似乎两位面试官都觉得很有趣,不断追问事情发展。
> Well, in fact I have a funny story in my last career.

我的前工作是卖收银系统的,就是餐厅那些落单机,类似下图那些。
> My previous job is selling POS system. Like this :

话说我初出来工作的一年,有一间在很有名的茶餐厅(港式快餐店),要开新分店。想在新分店使用落单机来协助分析大数据。所以找上了我们公司。
> After I started my career for about 1 year, a famous Chinese fast food restaurant wanted to open a new shop. In the new shop, they would like to use the POS system for getting sales data, therefore they come to our company.
茶餐厅老板和本公司的系统情投意合,二话不说就买了。
> The boss of the restaurant like our system and buy it.
后来发现茶餐厅老板发现本公司系统的落单速度和他期望在落差,于是投诉。
> Yet, he found that the speed of our system is not good enough, so they compliant.
我们提供了一解决方案,就是多购买一台主伺服器来运算系统,增加速度。但我们不能免费提供安装服务。
> We give him a solution, add a new server for the system to increase the speed. Yet, we should charge them.
于时茶餐厅老板暴怒了,其实这也是人知常情。他茶餐厅那边主打是高速下单,但电脑系统的下单速度有限,一定不会够熟练的人手快,但他并不理解,要我们免费帮他解决。
> So he is angry. As speed is their restaurant’s feature and selling point. Yet, there is limitation for the speed of using POS system, but he cannot understand it.
然后茶餐厅老板说我们不帮他们的话,就会找人来我们公司淘气一番。
> He also said if we do not help him for free. They will call people to our company to play some “naughty trick”.
好了,那么你会怎样解决呢?
> Well, what will you do if you are facing this?

> Win condition : restaurant boss feel comfortable
失败条件:茶餐厅老板找人上来淘气淘气
> Fail condition : restaurant boss call people to our company to play some “naughty trick”.
事件原因:茶餐厅老板觉得系统太慢
> Reason for this battle : restaurant boss think the system is slow
解决手段:加设伺服器
> Solution: Add new server
限制条件:加设伺服器要钱、安装也要钱、茶餐厅老板不想出钱
> Limitation: Add a new server new money, installation need money, restaurant boss does not want to pay

3分钟完了,我就分享一下自己的解决方案。
最后的方案是茶餐厅老板自己买伺服器,我们免费帮他安装,每人让一步。
> 3 mins is passed, let’s share how do I handle this case.
> I told the restaurant boss to buy the server themselves and we provide free installation to them.
好像很简单?其实解决方案不是重点,是中途的手段。
> It seems that it is easy? In fact, the solution is not the main point but the ways.
要解决这件事,先要令茶餐厅老板消气。
> To solve this problem, the most important thing is cool down the restaurant boss.
如何消气?我用了以下方法:
> To cool down the restaurant boss, here is my steps:
1.先解释 —— 先向茶餐厅老板解释系统上速度的限制
> Explanation – explain the limitation of our system to the boss
2.提出最优的的方案 —— 提议茶餐厅老板出钱给我们买伺服器,出钱给我们安装伺服器。
> Provide the best solution – propose the restaurant boss to give us money to buy server and give us money for installation
3.假坚持 —— 如对方不接受的话,先坚持,可能坚持一会对方就会觉得无办法而接受。但无效的话,就下一步。
> Persist at the first time – if they do not accept the solution, please do not give-up, stick to the pass solution first. They may give-up and accept your solution. But if they do not do it, we go to the next step.
4.令对方觉得我们很重视他 —— 告诉茶餐厅老板,因为他是我们很重要的客人,所以我会找经理谈一谈。
> Make them feel that we think they are VIP – Told the restaurant boss that as he is our VIP, so I will go to my manager and talk to them to see any other better solution.
5.令对方觉得我很努力帮他 —— 告诉茶餐厅老板,在我苦苦哀求下,经理可以免费安装伺服器的费用,但要透过我们购买伺服器。但茶餐厅老板还是不满意。
> Make them feel we have tired our best – Told the restaurant boss that I have work very very hard and beg my manger and final come up a better solution. We can free the installation charge, but they need to pay and buy for the server from us. If the restaurant boss still think that it is not enough. Then next step.
6.搬出老板来 —— 告诉茶餐厅老板,我去找老板谈了,最后决定可以由他自己买伺服器,再由我们免费帮他安装。
> Make use of my boss – Told the restaurant boss that I have discuss with my boss and they can buy the server themselves and we provide free installation for them.
就这样一步一步让步,通常很多客户也能够消气。
> If we do it step by step, we can handle most of the angry clients.

这方案也可以用在情侣吵架上的 (可能)。如发生了什么事
> This method can use on your girlfriend. (maybe) If something happen and cause arguing with your girlfriend.
1.先解释 —— 先向女朋友解释
> Explanation – explain with your reason
2.提出最优的的方案 —— 提出和好方案
> Provide the best solution – propose reconciling
3.假坚持 —— 坚持自己没有错
> Persist at the first time – Persist you are not wrong
4.令对方觉得我们很重视她 —— 让步
> Make them feel that she think she is VIP – You should give up and say sorry
5.令对方觉得我很努力帮她 —— 努力作出补救,避免下次发生同类事
> Make them feel we have tired our best – Try your best to fix it and prevent this to happen again
6.搬出老板来 —— 然而这并没有什么卵用
> Make use of my boss – useless
如你一开始用了 4和5,那效果将会大打折扣,女朋友不会消气的。
> If you use 4 and 5 at first, the effect will be bad, your girlfriend will no cool down.
