**Welcome to my blog** > Bienvenidos a mi blog  Smoked food has a very tasty flavour. Today I want to share some smoked cutlets with cabbage and soy sauce. Usually the use I give to the cutlet is to make fried ones; and I love them that way. But today I only had 3 chops, so I added some other ingredients. This is a preparation that you can accompany with any other contour, be it pasta, rice or simply slices of bread. I show you this preparation. > Lo ahumado en las comidas les da un sabor muy sabroso. Hoy quiero compartir unas chuletas ahumadas con repollo y salsa de soya. Generalmente el uso que le doy a la chuleta es realizar fritas; y así me encantan. Pero hoy para rendirlas porque solo tenía 3 chuletas; entonces agregué otros ingredientes. Este es una preparación que pueden acompañar con cualquier otro contorno, ya sea pasta, arroz o simplemente rodajas de pan. Te muestro esta preparación. # Ingredients 3 smoked chops 1 onion 5 chili peppers 1 paprika 1 spring onion 150 grams cabbage Salt and pepper to taste Oil for frying > Ingredientes 3 chuletas ahumadas 1 cebolla 5 ajíes apuremos 1 pimentón 1 rama de cebollín 150 gramos de repollo Sal y pimienta al gusto Aceite para freír  # Preparation > Preparación # Step 1 > Paso 1 To start this recipe, I took the vegetables, peppers, onion, paprika, washed them very well and cut them into fine pieces. > Para empezar esta receta, tomé los vegetales, ajíes, cebolla, pimentón lave muy bien y corte en finos trozos  # Step 2 > Paso 2 Then take the three smoked chops, remove the bone and cut into pieces and set aside. > Luego tome las tres chuletas ahumadas, quite el hueso y corte también en trozos y reserve.  # Step 3 > Paso 3 To start preparing the vegetables that I had already chopped, I put a little oil and started to fry them. Then I added the chopped smoked cutlet and stirred all the ingredients together. > Para empezar a preparar, los vegetales que ya había cortado, coloque un poco de aceite y comencé a sofreír. Luego incorpore ma chuleta ahumada cortada y removí todos los ingredientes.   # Step 4 > Paso 4 Here I took the 150 grams of cabbage and cut it into julienne strips, then added it to the previous mixture and stirred it in with the other ingredients. Then add pepper to taste. I checked that the salt was right, as the chop itself already has salt. But I wanted a little more flavour and added salt to taste. Finally I added the soy sauce. > Aquí tomé los 150 gramos de repollo y corte en julianas, luego incorpore a la mezcla anterior y removí con los demás ingredientes. Posteriormente coloque pimienta al gusto. Probé que estuviese bien de sal ya que la chuleta de por sí ya tiene. Pero quería un poco más de sabor y agregué sal al gusto. Años sin comer chuleta ahumada! Acá las venden en tiendas de la capital, que me quedan muy lejos, pero ahora has despertado una necesidad en mi paladar, y también para que mis hijos la conozcan.
