<div class="text-justify">En mi hogar tengo un conuco familiar el cual tengo varias plantas que me permiten poder obtener alimento para mi familia. Hoy cocine gracias a mi conuco familiar unos ricos quinchonchos frescos. Es gratificante ver que tus plantas te den frutos. Tengo la dicha de tener un patio grande y ahí tenemos, mango, aguacate, mamón, níspero, batata y quinchoncho. Para mi esto es una gran bendición y comparto con mis vecinos cuando tengo fruto de alguna de estas plantas. Aquí les mostrare como realice esta comida directa de mi conuco familiar.

It is gratifying to see your plants bear fruit. I have the happiness of having a large patio and there we have, mango, avocado, suckling pig, medlar, sweet potato and quinchoncho. For me this is a great blessing and I share with my neighbors when I have fruit from any of these plants. Here I will show you how to make this meal directly from my family conuco.

# Ingredientes
250 gramos de quinchoncho fresco
Ñame
Cebolla
Ají apureño
Cilantro
Cebollín 
Aceite y sal.

>Ingredients
250 grams of fresh quinchoncho
Yam
Onion
Ají apureño
Coriander
Chives
Oil and salt.

Lo primero que se realiza es extraer el quinchoncho de las vainas donde están, Este es un trabajo un poco tedioso. Pero como no eran muchos se realizó rápido. Se ven bellos estos quinchonchos frescos.

>The first thing that is done is to extract the quinchoncho from the pods where they are. This is a bit of a tedious job. But since there were not many, it was done quickly. These fresh quinchonchos look beautiful.

Coloco en una olla para que se sancochen como cualquier grano.

Después corte el ñame en trozos y agregue a los quinchonchos. Generalmente lo realizamos con ñame para que tome ese espesor que da el ñame cuando esta blandito.
>Then cut the yam into chunks and add to the quinchonchos. Generally we make it with yams so that it takes that thickness that yams give when it is soft.

Luego el cilantro lo coloco para que valla tomando el sabor tan rico.

Los aliños los corte en pequeños trozos y los lleve a la cocina para que se cocinaran un poco.

Después agregue a los quinchonchos y deje que se espesaran. De esta manera pude cocinar estos quinchonchos frescos.

¡Un plato absolutamente delicioso! Nutritivo, autóctono, y que nunca pasa de moda. Algunas personas, entre las que me cuento, les cambian el agua al menos una vez para que no agarren un sabor un poco amargo antes de aliñar...pero es cuestión de gustos.

Se siente muy bien cosechar tu propio alimento, claro que la espera a veces es muy larga, más aún cuando el conuco es pequeño. Es una manera de aliviar la carga en plena hiperinflación.
