<div class="text-justify">Saludos amigos de hive, esta es una de mis tortas preferidas ya que contiene piña y me encanta lo cítrico. Entonces como compre tres piñas quise realizar esta rica torta que al final tuvo un resultado inesperado. Más adelante les cuento que me paso. Aquí les muestro como fue la preparación.

# Ingredientes
200 gramos de harina de trigo
150 gramos de azúcar
1 piña pequeña
Vainilla
125 gramos de Mantequilla
2 Huevos

# Preparación
>Preparation

* Coloque primero los 125 gramos de mantequilla con el azúcar

* Luego uní estos dos ingredientes

* Posteriormente incorpore los dos huevos y un vainilla. La vainilla es a gusto de la persona. Yo generalmente se la coloco encima de la yema para que quite cualquier sabor a huevo.

* Uniendo todo esto ya tengo la mezcla y reservo.

* Ahora tomo la piña y le quito la corteza, y corto en rodajas

* Tome varias para realizar el jugo de piña, que  en este caso en vez de usar leche uso es el jugo de piña. Lleve los trozos de piña a la licuadora y agregue dos cucharadas de azúcar para que no me quedara acido.

>Take several to make the pineapple juice, which in this case instead of using milk, I use pineapple juice. Take the pineapple chunks to the blender and add two tablespoons of sugar to avoid acid.

* Aparte deje  rodajas de piña para adornar.
>Separately leave  pineapple slices for garnish.

* Ya tenía listo la mezcla anterior y el jugo. Ahora si empiezo a colocar la harina de trigo, uní todo he incorpore el jugo de piña

* Ahora tome la tortera y coloque tres cucharadas de azúcar para realizar el caramelo, cuando este doradito lo bajamos.
>Now take the tortera and place three tablespoons of sugar to make the caramel, when it is browned we lower it.


* Incorpore las rodajas que había reservado y coloque al fondo.
>Incorporate the slices that had reserved and place at the bottom.

* Incorpore la mezcla y lleve a cocinar en cocina eléctrica en una olla herméticamente tapada
>Add the mixture and cook on an electric stove in a hermetically covered pot

* El tiempo de cocción fue de 45 minutos. Lo cierto que me paso algo inesperado y es que al querer sacar la torta se me pego al fondo; pero les digo que de sabor quedo súper buena. A pesar de este inconveniente disfrute mucho una de las tortas que más me gusta ya que tiene mi fruta preferida
>The cooking time was 45 minutes. The truth is that something unexpected happened to me and is that when I wanted to remove the cake it stuck to the bottom; but I tell you that the flavor is super good. Despite this inconvenience, I really enjoyed one of the cakes that I like the most since it has my favorite fruit.
