Greetings friends who love recipes, today I bring you a sweet delight to the palate, a delicious cake with condensed milk and passion fruit or passion fruit seed syrup. On other occasions I have posted that I love citrus fruits and this is one of them. I tell you that about a week ago my sister gave me a cake with this type of syrup and I was really fascinated. I told myself I'm going to prepare this dessert for a snack today taking advantage of the fact that I have the ingredients. Here in this recipe you will find an acidic and sweet combination; this dessert was really super; I will show you its preparation.



> Saludos amigos amantes de las recetas, hoy les traigo un delicia dulce al paladar, una rica torta con leche condensada y almíbar de semillas de maracuyá o parchita. En otras oportunidades he colocado que me encantan las frutas cítricas y esta es una de ellas. Les cuento que hace como una semana mi hermana me regalo una torta con este tipo de almíbar y de verdad quede fascinada. Me dije voy a preparar este postre para merendar hoy aprovechando que tengo los ingredientes. Aquí en esta receta encontraras una combinación acida con dulce; realmente quedo súper este postre; te mostrare su preparación.

# Ingredients
250 grams of wheat flour
125 grams of sugar
4 large tablespoons of butter
4 eggs
2 large passion fruit
Vanilla

250 gramos de harina de trigo
125 gramos de azúcar
4 cucharadas grandes de mantequilla
4 huevos
2 Parchitas grandes

# Preparation

# Step 1
> Paso 1

To start this recipe I started with the preparation of the cake that will be the base of this dessert; It is a basic cake, where I start by placing the sugar and the four tablespoons of butter; These ingredients only joined both forming a single mixture. I didn't really make a creamy custard here, I just put the ingredients together.


> Para iniciar esta receta comencé con la preparación de la torta que será la base de este postre; es una torta básica, donde comienzo  colocando el azúcar y las cuatro cucharadas de mantequilla; estos ingredientes solo uní ambos formando una sola mezcla. Aquí realmente no hice una crema cremosa, solo uní los ingredientes.

# Step 2
> Paso 2

Place only two eggs and the vanilla, continue stirring until a smoother mixture is achieved; and incorporate the 250 grams of wheat flour.

> Coloque solo dos huevos y la vainilla, seguí removiendo hasta logra ya una mezcla más suave; e incorpore los 250 gramos de harina de trigo.

# Step 3
> Paso 3


Already here the ready mix of the cake; do not add liquid milk as I will use condensed milk later. Place this mixture on a previously floured tray and cook.

> Ya aquí la mezcla lista de la torta; no incorpore leche líquida ya que voy a utilizar la leche condensada más adelante. Esta mezcla la coloque en una bandeja previamente enharinada y lleve a cocción.

> Paso 5

Now I proceeded to make a simple meringue, with the two whites of the other two eggs, I took them to the point of snow and took powdered sugar to make the meringue. To give it a very rich flavor I used cream essence.

> Ahora procedí a realizar un merengue sencillo, con las dos claras de los otros dos huevos, este los lleve a punto de nieve y tome azúcar pulverizada para realizar el merengue. Para darle un sabor muy rico utilicé esencia de nata.

# Step 6
> Paso 6


To make the syrup, take the two passion fruit or passion fruit and place in a pot and place 5 tablespoons of sugar, and cook until you see that the liquid is thick.


> Para realizar el almíbar tome las dos maracuyá o parchita y coloque en una olla y coloque 5 cucharadas de azúcar, y lleve a cocinar hasta ver que el líquido estaba espeso.

# Step 7
> Paso 7

Here I have what I need to start putting together this delicious dessert; To do this, with a cup of coffee cut the cake circumference to later be incorporated into the glass that will serve me for dessert.


> Ya aquí tengo lo que necesito para empezar armar este rico postre ; para ello, con una taza de café corte circunferencia a la torta para luego ser incorporada en el vaso que me servirá para el postre.

# Step 8
> Paso 8

Now place that piece of cake at the end and top with condensed milk, then place the plain meringue and then another piece of cake.

> Ahora coloque ese trozo de torta al final y coloque encima leche condensada, después coloque el merengue sencillo y luego otro trozo de torta.

> Paso 9
To seal this dessert, place the meringue and the passion fruit syrup on top again.
> Para sellar este postre coloque encima nuevamente merengue y el almíbar de semillas de maracuyá.

A delicious dessert for a family snack. I tell them to prepare one of the desserts by placing the passion fruit syrup in the middle; this is optional . Either way they are delicious.

Si la he probado pero de esa manera que tu la elaboraste no, se ve demasiado irresistible.  Me encanto las capas que hiciste en los vasos con la leche condensada. En cuanto tenga los ingredientes me animo hacerla  para matar el antojo. Saludos amiga
