Greetings friends of hive and lovers of good food. A day ago I really wanted to have a good soup broth, I wanted to eat something different and I made this delicious soup that I made with lizard meat and lots of vegetables. This type of meat is a cut from cattle that is often sold bone-in or boneless. In my case I decided to buy boneless. The consumption of soups is super good since it contains many vitamins and provides many nutrients to our body. I did not want this rich soup with so much fat, I made it quite healthy. Here I will show you its preparation and the rich result.

# Ingredients
½ kilo of lizard
1 Kilo of assorted vegetables (squash, cassava, celery, yams, ocumo, topocho, ripe plantain)
To dress take onion, cilantro, chives, garlic
Salt
**Cooking period:** 2 Hours
**Dinners:** 4 people

# Preparation
To start with the preparation, take the half kilo of lizard that had already been given to me, cut into pieces and place in water, and take it to cook to soften.

When I saw that the vegetables were a bit soft, I put the dressings. Sometimes I proceed to fry the dressings, but since I didn't want a lot of fat in the soup, I just added them

Then add salt to taste.

Saludos  amigos de hive y amantes de las buenas comidas. Hace día tenía muchas ganas de tomarte un buen caldo de sopa, quería comer algo diferente y realice esta rica sopa que la realice con carne de lagarto y muchas verduras. Este tipo de carne es un corte del ganado que muchas veces lo vende con hueso o sin hueso. En mi caso decidí comprar sin hueso. El consumo de sopas es súper bueno ya que contiene muchas vitaminas y aporta muchos nutrientes a nuestro organismo. Esta rica sopa no la quise con tanta grasa, la hice bastante sana. Aquí te mostrare su preparación y el rico resultado.

# Ingredientes
½ Kilo de lagarto
1 Kilo de verduras variadas ( auyama, yuca, apio, ñame, ocumo, topocho, plátano maduro)
Para aliñar tome cebolla, cilantro, cebollín, ajo
Sal
**Periodo de cocción:** 2 Horas
**Comensales:** 4 personas

# Preparación
Para comenzar con la preparación tome el medio kilo de lagarto que ya me lo habían dado cortado en trozos y coloque en agua, y lleve a cocinara para ablandar

Mientras tenía el lagarto en la cocina procedí a quitar la corteza de cada verdura y lavar my bien

Después de tener ya el lagarto blandito, incorpore toda la verdura cortada en trozos.

Ahora tome los aliños que comprenden el cebollín, cilantro, ajo, cebolla y aji apureño, corte finamente

Cuando vi que la verdura estaba un poco blanda coloque los aliños. Algunas veces procedo a freír los aliños, pero como no quería mucha grasa en la sopa solo se los incorpore

Después coloque sal al gusto.

Deje que espesara y baje del fuego. De esta manera sin mucho grasa realice esta rica y nutritiva sopa de lagarto.
