Greetings to the whole community of emotions, the family hug day is coming, and I decided to join the hug initiative, I was invited by @cetb2008 .

The manifestation of the hug definitely moves endless emotions and feelings that generate well-being for the one who receives it as well as the one who gives it, since it is a sign of affection towards another person. Nobody gives a hug to a person who is not to their liking, so I consider that a hug is a sign of love and affection.

La manifestación del abrazo en definitiva mueve un sin fin de emociones y sentimientos que generan bienestar para quien lo recibe como el que lo da, ya que es una muestra de afecto hacia otra persona. Nadie da un abrazo a una persona que no es de se agrado, por eso considero que un abrazo es una muestra de amor y afecto.

In particular since I was a child I was not one of those people who was really giving hugs, I greeted verbally, but not using this bodily expression, and when I started to grow up and have friends, I began to create groups and we shared a lot, always when we saw each other and we met there was always a sincere fraternal hug to those people who mean something to me.


I believe that one does not go through life giving hugs to everyone, in my particular case when I do it is because that hug carries with it a feeling.

I have a niece with a special condition and there are times when she gets into uncontrollable anger and many times she calms down with a hug and you talk to her with words based on love, then she starts to cry, here the hug in her is part of being able to relieve and calm that rage she carries inside.



> En lo particular desde niña yo no era de esas personas que iba regalando abrazos realmente,saludaba de manera verbal, pero no usada está expresión corporal.Ya cuando comencé a crecer y tener amigos , empecé a crear grupos y compartíamos mucho,allí siempre cuando nos veíamos y nos reuníamos siempre exista un abrazo fraternal sincero hacia esas personas que significan algo para mí.
Considero que uno no va andar por la vida regalando abrazos a todo el mundo, en mi particular cuando lo hago es porque ese abrazo lleva consigo un sentimiento.
Un abrazo puede renovar energías.Les cuento que yo tengo una sobrina con una condición especial y ella hay momentos que entra en una ira incontrolable y muchas veces se calma con un abrazo y se le habla con palabras basadas en el amor, después comienza a llorar.Aqui el abrazo en ella forma parte de poder aliviar y tranquilizar esa rabia que lleva por dentro.

It is truly unique to feel a hug from someone special, not only when we are happy, but also when we are sad, this expression allows us to combat insecurities and fears that we may feel.

In my particular I really enjoy hugging my children, the truth is I don't know how many times I do it, besides kissing them, my little son is used to be very affectionate, and he always touches my head and then hugs me, I love to receive that strong hug and that he tells me I love you mom, they are wonderful moments that a hug gives him.


>  De verdad que sentir un abrazo de alguien especial es único, no solo cuando estamos contentos, sino cuando estamos tristes, esta expresión nos permite poder combatir inseguridades y miedos que alguna vez podamos sentir.
En mi particular disfruto mucho abrazando a mis hijos, la verdad no sé cuántas veces lo hago , además de besarlos.Mi hijo pequeño acostumbra a ser muy cariñoso, y siempre me toca la cabeza y después me abraza, me encanta recibir ese abrazo fuerte y que me diga te quiero mamá, son momentos maravillosos que lo da un abrazo.

A hug is that good vibe that renews us and allows us to live in harmony with our loved ones, whether family or friends. This expression is so strong that many times words are not enough, just feeling that arm renews you.

So do not fail to show this expression to those who are important to you.


> Un abrazo es esa buena vibra que nos renueva y nos permite vivir en armonía con nuestros seres queridos, ya sea familia o amigos . Es tan fuerte está expresión que muchas veces las palabras sobran con lo solo sentir ese brazo te renuevan.
Por eso no dejes de demostrar está expresión a los que son importantes para ti.
