Hola queridos usuarios de la vida saludable. Siempre es bueno volver a empezar cuando sentimos que lo hemos hecho un poco mal. Desde hace algunos días ha sido recurrente los malestares de la gripe, de verdad era preocupante todos los meses estar con el virus, como siempre decimos: "tengo el virus". Creo que muchos se identificaran conmigo a la hora de comenzar una vida saludable, pero desistimos una y otra vez, cuando llega el momento en no queremos ni levantarnos de la cama del malestar, entramos en razón...Comenzaré de nuevo a cuidarme.

I will start again to take care of myself

Desde hace algún tiempo mi hijo cambió sus hábitos alimenticios y viene diciendo que se siente mucho mejor, su resistencia ha mejorado, puede dormir mejor y se siente con mejor calidad de vida.

Mi hijo siempre insiste y recomienda el famoso jugo verde. Tengo muchos meses con debilidad y esta semana me propuse a comenzar a tomar jugo verde en la mañana, luego de tomar un vaso de agua hervida, no tan caliente, que pueda soportar, que esté tibia, eso me ayuda con la circulación, me siento más ágil.

Este jugo verde puede llevar: pepino, acelgas, espinacas, perejil y limón, respeto mucho el limón y trato de usarlo con moderación por el esmalte de mis dientes. No es nada fácil consumir este jugo de buenas a primera, seguro algún otro jugo es mejor, más delicioso, pero en esta oportunidad mi organismo disfrutará de un jugo verde, que le añadiré tamarindo chino o fruta estrella, hice la prueba con esa fruta y pudo minimizar el sabor a tierra de esos vegetales y legumbres. Luego de lavar muy bien estos vegetales, los corté y coloqué en la licuadora, los pasé por un colador y listo. El tamarindo le dejó un agradable sabor a mi nuevo jugo; que proporciona mucha energía y seguro que en la web podrás leer todas sus propiedades.

La naturaleza es muy generosa y siempre nos brinda todas sus bondades. Siento que mi abdomen ya no está tan protuberante, he podido conciliar el sueño, mi descanso es reparador, he podido sentir que hasta mi visión ha mejorado. Sabemos que la edad va avanzando, los años no pasen sin dejar huellas. Estoy tratando de tener una vejez digna, donde pueda disfrutar y hacer las pases con los achaques. No dar tanto dolor de cabeza a mis hijos por no tener hábitos saludables.

Siempre me divierto, pero debo quitar la tapa de los vasos. No me gusta usar filtros, pero creo que debo usar crema para mi rostro. De verdad el jugo no es nada sabroso, pero  doy fe de sus beneficios.
