_Hola apreciados lectores. Llegando por estos espacios para compartir con todo el equipo de @hispapro y el apoyo de @theycallmedan para pasar unos días decembrinos más activos_.

_Debo confesar que las navidades han pasado por varias etapas. Recuerdo las navidades cuando mis hijos estaban pequeños, era la emoción del arbolito, nacimiento, la comida no era prioridad, jahajahj si era prioridad pero no era lo más importante, ver el brillo en sus ojos era llenarse de mucha alegría, esa llegada del niño Jesús. Luego fueron creciendo y los adornos pasaron a un segundo plano, llegó la alegría por las hallacas, ensalada de gallina, turrón, torta negra, pan de jamón, poder colaborar con lavar las hojas para ellos era una gran aventura_.

_En casa todos son músicos menos yo, claro los acompaño cantando alguna canción, pero ellos hacen sonar hasta el rallo, ese con el cual rallamos el queso, las ollas y hasta los tobos, con el conocimiento de las notas musicales aquí en casa suena todo_.

_Hoy la invitación es traer al escenario comida navideña. Muchas personas comentan que hacer las hallacas es un trabajo agotador, puede ser que si, pero para mí es un acto de servicio hermoso, sobre todo cuando se escuchan los comentarios y ese..."me puedo comer otra", esto lo escucho hasta el mes de enero. Realizo las hallacas el 22 de diciembre, siempre salen algunos bollos. Los bollos son esos ingredientes de las hallacas que unimos a la masa y de verdad son deliciosos_.

_Trato de sancochar las carnes: pollo, carne de res, carne de marrano, cada uno en ollas diferentes. Luego uno todas las aguas que queda de sancochar las carnes. En esa agua amaso la harina coloco sal al gusto. Ya tengo lista la masa. Luego lavo las hojas , las corto, separo es un trabajo hermoso que hago con mucho cuidado y gran amor. Siento que acaricio las hojas, con solo escribir mi ser se estremece_.

_Llega la hora de cortar. En este momento pasan por el cuchillo: pimentón para adornar nuestras hallacas y para realizar el guiso, las cebollas de igual manera, los aliños llevan sus cortes de ajos, ajicitos los mejores acompañantes, con cebollín, ajo porro y un toque de perejil. Cuando las carnes se reposan viene el corte correspondiente para cada una pollo, marrano y res van a la gran olla con los aliños antes sofreídos, la emoción invade todo el lugar. Llega la música navideña, aguinaldos, gaitas y algunas salsas que se cuelan entre la música_.

_Las pasitas salen y las aceitunas las siguen, dan un toque especial a nuestro banquete decembrino_.

_Luego de varias horas, casi siempre llega en la noche ese toque de romanticismo para realizar nuestras hallacas. Un vino acompaña mi trabajo, el caminar de los hijos alrededor del espacio escogido para realizar el trabajo avisa su impaciencia para probar esa primera tanda que sale hirviendo, para dar esa primera "mordidita"... el visto bueno_.

_Yo y mis cuentos, anoche me comí mi primera hallaca, tengo un régimen alimenticio para qué en diciembre me quepan más hallacas, anoche comí una solita, las compraron a una vecina costaron 1$ cada una...estuvo buena_.

_Muchas gracias @fuerza-hispana y @theycallmedan a la comunidad de #hispapro, también debo decir qué ahora hago las hallacas sola, mis hijos crecieron y esperar que tengan tiempo se hace cuesta arriba ya les mostrare la imágenes de este año, ha sido un año diferente, siempre enfocada en ver el lado positivo ayuda a seguir paso a paso superando obstáculos. Debemos atesorar grandes recuerdos, definitivamente son nuestros compañeros cuando nos vamos quedando con nosotros. Sin quejas ni tristezas se vive mejor_. 

>Thank you very much @forza-hispana and @theycallmedan to the community of #hispapro, I must also say that now I do the hallacas alone, my children grew up and hope that they have time it is uphill and I will show you the images of this year, it has been a different year, always focused on seeing the positive side helps to continue step by step overcoming obstacles. We should treasure great memories, they are definitely our companions when we are staying with us. Without complaints or sadness we live better
