WEEK #181| Cheers to all!

Hello hello, how are you? Happy to be back on these roads again, it's amazing how quickly we get back together, thanks to our user @galenkp with his suggestions. This week I was able to travel back in time and, I remembered days of late nights due to illness. There have been few weekends that I have been in bed or taking care of others due to illness

I remember that one of my sleepless nights was when I had my daughters, in my first birth I had the blessing of having twins, although I am aware that it is not a disease I almost died, it was not easy to stop sleeping. I remember caring for my daughter when she had her children

The most recent was the arrival of covid in my home. It was very distressing, as several members of the family were infected. The father of my children was transferred to another house where he had a family doctor, I stayed at home feeling that if I made it through those fifteen days that the internist told me about, everything would be fine. They were very strange feelings, but I tried to stay firm, not to let fear take hold of me





It was something strange since I felt that I didn't sleep at night, I was weak, I was sweating a lot and in the morning I woke up as if nothing was happening, I did my offices and in the afternoon I slept, everything got out of control, but I tried to stay positive, it didn't provoke me to talk to anyone. This disease affected my circulation. Here I am still thanking God for a new and great opportunity.

I do not want to say goodbye without telling you that I also stayed up late with my grandmother, she raised me, and I lasted with her hand clutching me for many days, I did not want to move from her place, the weekend I got up from the chair to clean myself and the phone rang to tell you that my grandmother had passed away, I could see her face when I closed my eyes at the moment I wanted to rest

Congrats on the birth of two. Thank God for sparing your life. I hear taking care of two is not easy but you can get by. Just try and sleep when they sleep too. You can also ask for help .
Sorry about your grandma. Covid really did a lot of harm to many homes, but we give God glory for everything.

That's right, it is a great blessing to be able to continue living and enjoying life. It was a lot of sleepless weekends, but it was worth it, my daughters are good people. Thanks for stopping by friend @adoore-eu

Phew!
Nursing a child(more so two) can be so much work. The moment you want to sleep, that's when they cry for your attention and vice versa. But nicely, it's the kind of work one is excited about 

I'm happy you made it through covid. I can only but imagine what thoughts ran through your he'd in that time. The fear of covid alone is destabilizing. I'm happy for you.

And, my condolences on the loss of your grandmother.
