Hola querida comunidad, **quiero compartir una rica y fácil receta** de la Torta de Arroz en Licuadora de mi madre @nohelopez la cual prepare con muy pocos ingredientes los cuales siempre tenemos en casa.😉

#### **Solo vamos a necesitar:**
3 huevos
2 y 1/2 tazas de arroz 
1 y 1/2 tazas de azúcar
1 taza de agua
½ taza de aceite
Ralladura de limón y/o vainilla
Polvo de hornear
Pizca de sal

> #### We will only need:
>3 eggs
>2 and 1/2 cups of rice 
>1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
>1 cup of water
>½ cup oil
>Lemon zest and/or vanilla
>Baking powder
>Pinch of salt

#### **Preparación:**
Colocamos el arroz en un recipiente cubierto con agua para su remojo por lo menos 8 horas antes, también lo pueden dejar más tiempo.
Pasado este tiempo ya estamos listos para empezar la preparación.

>We place the rice in a covered container with water to soak for at least 8 hours before, you can also leave it longer.
>After this time we are ready to start the preparation.

**En la licuadora** colocamos los 3 huevos y el azúcar, batimos hasta que esté la consistencia cremosa.
>**Place** the 3 eggs and the sugar in a blender and blend until creamy consistency.

Luego **agregamos el agua, aceite, polvo de hornear y la pizca de sal**, dejamos que se mezclen bien.

**Sin apagar la licuadora** empezamos a agregar el arroz previamente escurrido, una vez terminado dejamos licuar por 5 minutos.

>**Then add the water, oil, baking powder and the pinch of salt**, let them mix well.

>**Without turning off the blender** we start adding the previously drained rice, once finished let it blend for 5 minutes.

Antes de apagar la licuadora **incorporamos la ralladura de limón**.
>Before turning off the blender, **add the lemon zest**.

En un **recipiente previamente engrasado** agregamos la mezcla, esta no queda espesa así que no se preocupen por eso.
>In a **previously greased bowl** add the mixture, it is not thick so do not worry about that.

**Llevamos al horno** previamente caliente a una temperatura promedio de 200 °C por un tiempo de 40 minutos o hasta que esté lista la torta comprobando introduciendo un palito en el medio.
>**Bake in a preheated oven** at an average temperature of 200 °C for 40 minutes or until the cake is ready by inserting a stick in the middle.

**Antes de terminar** les comparto que el agua del arroz en remojo la guardo en la nevera y la utilizo para mi rosto como tónico, dos veces al día, en mi caso me ayuda por mi cutis graso.
