Revisando en las redes sociales recetas fáciles de preparar me encontré con estas **Torticas de Zanahoria al horno**🥕 y vaya que me gustaron 😋, es por eso q.ue les compartiré la receta

**Además, la zanahoria contiene vitaminas** C, E, K, A B6, minerales como fósforo, magnesio, yodo, calcio y posee pocas calorías. Es antioxidante y diurética.

#### **Los Ingredientes a utilizar son los siguientes:**

- 1 Zanahoria grande
- 1 Huevo
- 4 o 5 Cucharadas de harina de trigo
- 2 Dientes de ajo
- 2 o 3 Cucharadas de ajoporro, cilantro o cebollín (yo utilice ajoporro porque era lo que tenía en casa y me encanta su sabor).
- Sal y pimienta al gusto. Si tienen otra especie de su preferencia también la pueden agregar.

**Pueden incrementar los ingredientes si desean más Torticas**, para la próxima preparación yo los duplicare  ya que son deliciosas.

>- 2 cloves of garlic
>- 2 or 3 tablespoons of ajoporro, cilantro or chives (I used ajoporro because it was what I had at home and I love its flavor).

>**You can increase the ingredients if you want more Torticas**, for the next preparation I will double them as they are delicious.

Pelamos y rallamos la Zanahoria

Picamos el **ajoporro**pequeño,  Pelamos y picamos o rallamos el **ajo**.

**En un recipiente unimos todos los ingredientes** (zanahoria, ajo, huevo, harina de trigo, ajoporro, sal, pimienta, adobo) y mezclamos bien, si la mezcla está muy húmeda se puede agregar un poco más de harina. Pueden empezar con 4 cucharadas y luego ven si necesita más.

**En un molde para hornear** la receta original recomienda engrasar y usar papel encerado, yo no tenía así que solo engrase. 

**Con la ayuda de una cuchara**  colocamos la mezcla en el molde y aplastamos un poco con la mano, dejando distancia entre ellas.

**Llevamos al horno precalentado a 180 °C** por un tiempo de 12 minutos, retiramos del horno para dar vuelta y llevarlas 12 minutos más.

El horno le dará una **textura crujiente**, dependerá de los gustos particulares si retiran antes o por lo contrario las dejan más tiempo.

Como no use papel encerado me costó un poco despegarlas para dar la primera vuelta, sin embrago al retirarlas  estaban completamente despegadas y manejables. **El aroma que de desprende cuando se están horneando es irresistible**.

>**Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C** for 12 minutes, remove from the oven and turn them over for another 12 minutes.

>The oven will give them a **crunchy texture**, it will depend on individual tastes if you remove them before or on the contrary leave them longer.

>As I didn't use waxed paper it was a little difficult to peel them off for the first turn, but when I removed them they were completely unstuck and manageable. **The aroma that comes off when they are baking is irresistible.**
