**Hoy les quiero hablar de una mujer que conocí cuando yo apenas tenía 10 años**. Inicio amistad con mi madre en el lugar de trabajo. Hoy en día son más que amigas, son comadres y hermanas de vida. Para esta publicación la llamaré Daniela.

Daniela se crio en una zona popular en una pequeña ciudad a las afueras de la capital de Venezuela. Sus padres, sin poseer estudios universitarios, les ofrecieron a sus cuatro hijos la mejor educación posible y lo más importante, les sembraron valores. 

Ella fue a la universidad pública y empezó a trabajar desde muy joven. Ayudaba en su hogar y logró reunir para comprar su primer vehículo, pues de su casa a la oficina la distancia era de 2 horas en autobús. Su hermano mayor se casó y se marchó de la casa familiar, luego el segundo hermano. Quedando ella viviendo con sus padres y hermana menor. Siempre le ha gustado cocinar y compartir, ha sido espléndida en todos los sentidos. Luego su papá enfermo de cáncer y después de luchar unos años con la enfermedad, falleció.

>**Today I want to tell you about a woman I met when I was just 10 years old**. She started a friendship with my mother in the workplace. Today they are more than friends, they are comadres and sisters in life. For this publication I will call her Daniela.

>Daniela grew up in a popular area in a small town on the outskirts of the capital of Venezuela. Her parents, without a university education, gave their four children the best education possible and most importantly, they instilled values in them.
 
>She went to public university and started working at a very young age. She helped at home and managed to raise enough money to buy her first car, since it was a 2-hour bus ride from her home to the office. Her older brother got married and left the family home, followed by the second brother. She was left living with her parents and younger sister. She has always liked to cook and share, she has been splendid in every way. Then her father fell ill with cancer and after a few years of fighting with the disease, he passed away.

Al poco tiempo consiguió adquirir su propia vivienda, sin embargo, todos los días visitaba a su madre y hermana y se hizo responsable de buena parte de los gastos. Años más tarde, a su madre la diagnosticaron con Alzheimer. Posteriormente, el amor toco a su puerta y se casó. Nació su única hija y es allí cuando mi madre y ella se vuelven comadres. Después su mamá falleció.

**A pesar de haber perdido a sus padres**, su entusiasmo seguía de pie. Pasaron los años y la situación económica se agravó, por lo se vio en la necesidad de preparar comida por encargo para vender. Una mujer fuerte, trabajadora, incansable.

Por andar en el lugar equivocado, a su sobrino y único hijo de su hermana menor, lo asesinaron a los 16 años. Después, la esposa de su primo más cercano falleció de cáncer de mama, dejando dos niñas pequeñas. Ella siempre estuvo para los demás a pesar del dolor que sentía. Su apoyo moral y económico fue y es incondicional.

Casi se cumplen dos años de la partida física de su esposo y compañero de vida, el covid lo separó de su familia. Su hija se sentía en parte culpable por no haberlo llevado antes al hospital. Ella tuvo que cargar con su dolor y sacar de la depresión a su hija.

>Soon after, he was able to buy his own home, however, he visited his mother and sister every day and was responsible for a large part of the expenses. Years later, her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Later, love knocked on her door and she married. Their only daughter was born and that is when she and my mother became comadres. Then her mother passed away.

>**Despite losing her parents**, her enthusiasm remained. As the years went by and the economic situation worsened, she found herself in the need to prepare food on demand to sell. A strong, hardworking, tireless woman.

>For hanging around in the wrong place, her nephew and only son of her younger sister, was murdered at the age of 16. Later, the wife of her closest cousin died of breast cancer, leaving two little girls. She was always there for others despite the pain she felt. Her moral and financial support was and is unconditional.

>It is almost two years since the physical departure of her husband and life partner, covid separated him from his family. Her daughter felt partly guilty for not having taken him to the hospital sooner. She had to carry his pain and pull her daughter out of her depression.

Un año más tarde su hermano mayor, quien padecía de una enfermedad de los riñones, también falleció de manera inesperada y hace cuatro meses mi madre me llamó para avisarme que el otro hermano de Daniela, lo habían encontrado en su casa sin signos vitales, se presume un infarto.

**Ella ha pasado por perdidas familiares irremplazables**. Ahora solo le queda su única hija y su hermana menor. A pesar de las situaciones, hablar con ella te llena de entusiasmo, siempre se mantiene ocupada ayudando a los demás. En su urbanización todos los niños le dicen tía, ella junto a su esposo se encargaban de dar regalos a todos en navidad y cumpleaños. Preparar ricas comidas e invitar hasta a los perros de la calle a comer ja, ja, ja. 

Pasaron por una situación económica difícil, la cual fue superada con esfuerzo y dedicación. Quiero destacar que ella y su familia estuvieron presentes para el nacimiento de mi hija y luego en casi todos los cumpleaños, mientras fue una niña.

**Es una mujer que admiro, estimo, y tomo de ejemplo a seguir**. Sin duda que es fuente de inspiración para alcanzar objetivos, superar vicisitudes y dar amor. Daniela siempre tiene una sonrisa dibujada en su rostro, aunque internamente se encuentre destrozada. 
 
>A year later her older brother, who suffered from kidney disease, also passed away unexpectedly and four months ago my mother called me to tell me that Daniela's other brother had been found at home with no vital signs, presumably a heart attack.

>**She has gone through irreplaceable family losses**. Now she is left with only her only daughter and younger sister. Despite the situations, talking to her fills you with enthusiasm, she always keeps busy helping others. In her urbanization all the children call her aunt, she together with her husband were in charge of giving gifts to everyone on Christmas and birthdays. Preparing delicious meals and inviting even the street dogs to eat ha, ha, ha, ha. 

>They went through a difficult economic situation, which was overcome with effort and dedication. I want to emphasize that she and her family were present for the birth of my daughter and then in almost every birthday, while she was a child.

>**She is a woman I admire, esteem**, and take as an example to follow. Without a doubt, she is a source of inspiration to achieve goals, overcome vicissitudes and give love. Daniela always has a smile on her face, even if she is internally devastated.
