Hello, friends. I hope you are all doing well and having a great weekend. This week, our beloved Ladies Of Hive community has proposed two questions as a way to reflect on and self-evaluate our lives. Among the questions is the following: 

**What are the three most important values that guide your life decisions, and which value do you find most difficult to practice consistently?**  In my life, there are  three values  that stand out as the fundamental pillars of my life: honesty, love, and responsibility.

**Honesty**: This is the first value that I consider essential. For me, being honest means being authentic and transparent. Honesty for me is the ability to recognize my mistakes, accept my limitations, and be sincere in my interactions. In a world where appearances are often valued, honesty allows me to maintain a genuine connection with the people around me. This value has taught me that the truth, although sometimes uncomfortable, is the foundation of any solid relationship.

**Love**; The love I feel for my family is unconditional and is the source of my strength. Every day I strive to cultivate that love and express it through small actions, words of encouragement, and support in difficult times. This love not only gives me a sense of belonging but also motivates me to be the best version of myself. My family is the driving force in my life and the purest and most sincere love I can have. My children and my granddaughter are the people who will always be connected to me forever!

*Responsibility*: One of the words and phrases that I carry with me in my life is that responsibility should be our identity card. I have always told my children that we must be responsible in each of our commitments and in our lifestyle in general. 

*Being responsible means accepting the consequences of my actions and decisions and recognizing that I have an impact on the world around me. This value has taught me to be proactive and make conscious decisions.**
*Responsibility is not limited to my individual actions, but also extends to my relationships and my environment. I strive to always be committed to my family and my work.*

Hola que tal amigos. Espero que estén muy bien y que esta nuevo fin de semana la pasen genial. Esta semana nuestra querida comunidad de Ladies Of Hive nos ha propuesta dos preguntas como forma de iniciativa para poder reflexionar y autoevaluar nuestra vida. Entre las preguntas se encuentra la Siguiente:

**¿Cuáles son los tres valores más importantes que guían tus decisiones vitales y qué valor te resulta más difícil practicar de forma coherente?**  En mi vida existen  tres valores  que destacan los pilares fundamentales de mi vida: la honestidad, el amor y la responsabilidad.

**Honestidad**: Es el primer valor que considero esencial. Para mí, ser honesto significa ser auténtico y transparente. La honestidad para mi es la capacidad de reconocer mis errores, aceptar mis limitaciones y ser sincero en mis interacciones. En un mundo donde a menudo se valoran las apariencias, la honestidad me permite mantener una conexión genuina con las personas que me rodean. Este valor me ha enseñado que la verdad, aunque a veces puede ser incómoda es la base de cualquier relación sólida.

**Amor**; El amor que siento por mi familia es incondicional y es la fuente de mi fortaleza. Cada día me esfuerzo por cultivar ese amor y expresarlo a través de pequeñas acciones, palabras de aliento y apoyo en los momentos difíciles. Este amor no solo me da un sentido de pertenencia sino que también me motiva a ser la mejor versión de mi misma. Mi familia es el motor de mi vida y el amor mas puro y sincero que puedo tener. Mis hijos, mi nieta son las personas que siempre estarán unidas a mi eternamente! 


*Responsabilidad*; Siempre es una de las palabras y de las frases que llevo en mi vida es que la responsabilidad debe ser nuestra cedula de identidad. Eso siempre se los he dicho a mis hijos, que debemos ser responsables en cada uno de nuestros compromisos y de nuestro estilo de vida en general. 

**Ser responsable significa asumir las consecuencias de mis acciones y decisiones, y reconocer que tengo un impacto en el mundo que me rodea. Este valor me ha enseñado a ser proactivo y a tomar decisiones conscientes.**

*La responsabilidad no solo se limita a mis acciones individuales, sino que también se extiende a mis relaciones y a mi entorno. Me esfuerzo por ser  siempre comprometida con mi familia y mi trabajo.*
