Make akasha run in the system tray and allow it to sync to ethereum test network in the background
#### Components
This suggestion is for Akasha's main processes (ipfs.exe, geth.exe, akasha.exe).

#### Proposal
Make akasha run in the system tray and allow it to sync to ethereum test network in the background. Allow an option in the view menu to keep akasha running in background in system tray while it sync's.

#### Benefits
Whenever someone closes Akasha and opens it again, he has to sync to the testnet before akasha can start. It is very time consuming and may take 1-4 hours depending upon the speed of the peers. Allowing Akasha run in background will solve this problem and allow users to use it without the time consuming sync to testnet.
