Encouraging the development of a child with ADHD means helping them with their needs and modifying their own behavior to manage their child's behavior. 7- Help your child learn social skills and understand the rules.
8- Help in school activities and help him to have everything well organized (both material and studies). Keep task routines and focus on your effort and not on the results.

### Activities to do with a child with ADHD
Some activities that can be done with a child with ADHD can be:

* Limit distractions when you are doing a task.
* Promote the exercise. Physical activity burns excess energy in a healthy way. It also helps the child to focus his attention on specific movements. This can decrease impulsivity. Exercise also improves concentration, decreases depression and anxiety, and stimulates the brain.
* Regulate sleep patterns. To help them rest better, eliminate stimulants such as sugar and caffeine, and decrease television time. Establish a healthy and soothing ritual for bedtime.
* Foster expressive thinking. Children with ADHD may lack self-control. This makes them talk and act before they think. Ask your child to verbalize their thoughts and reasoning when the need arises to act.
