作为医院工作的药学人员，虽然不是临床一线，但是一些基础病、常见病的诊断和用药还是应该了解的。这即使工作需要，也是基本素质。 有时候这些专业知识能给自己身边的亲人和朋友带来很多方便，既可以年轻身体上的病痛，也能少花冤枉钱。 前几天妞妞奶奶就说腰腹部皮肤和皮下组织有刺痛感，而且到了影响睡眠的程度。除了主诉的刺痛感以外没有其他症状，查体也没发现骨骼和内脏有啥问题。 对于此，我显得有心无力，只考虑可能是过敏，让其观察几天。 昨天下班回来，妞妞奶奶告诉我，从前天开始疼痛区域开始出现红色丘疹。刚开始就几个没有在意，昨天已经发展成一片，而且火辣辣的疼。 直到这时我才想起来这是带状疱疹，特征已经很典型了：沿着神经呈带状分布的刺痛+疱疹，于是第一时间带妞妞奶奶去医院挂急诊。值班医生不是皮肤科的也考虑是带状疱疹，就按带状疱疹治疗了，今早去皮肤科复查，医生确诊为带状疱疹，继续沿用昨天的治疗方法。 说来说去，还是自己的业务不够精通，直到出现典型症状才明白是什么病，这也和自己不在临床一线有关。
