¡Hola amigos de #sketchbook! Espero que estén bien. En esta oportunidad compartiré con ustedes mi experiencia realizando mi primera pancarta de cumpleaños. Esto acá se está usando mucho tanto en fiestas infantiles como de adultos. Ideal para un día de los enamorados, navidad entre otras fiestas. Todo depende del gusto de los clientes. Les cuento un poco como fue. Una amiga de la universidad ha visto mis trabajos recientes de dibujos para niños y me preguntó si estaba dispuesta a realizar una pancarta -Algo que en realidad no me había atrevido hacer- Pero le dije que sí. Tomé mis materiales y comencé a trabajar, sin más preámbulos, ¡Manos a la obra!
>Hello #sketchbook friends! I hope they are well. This time I will share with you my experience making my first birthday banner. This here is being used a lot at both children's and adult parties. Ideal for a Valentine's Day, Christmas among other parties. It all depends on the taste of the clients. I will tell you a little about how it was. A friend from college has seen my recent works of drawings for children and asked me if I was willing to make a banner -Something that I had not really dared to do- But I said yes. I took my materials and started to work, without further ado, Let's get to work!

En el día 1 comencé haciendo lo que es el boceto del dibujo que haré acontinuación. El tema de la pancarta es de Peppa Pig.

Luego, tomé las pinturas y comencé a colorear las orillas para hacer un marco y seguí con las letas de abajo hacia arriba. Esperé a que seque y continué.
>Then I took the paints and began to color the edges to make a frame and continued with the letters from the bottom up. I waited for it to dry and continued.

Para que el dibujo no se viera tan simple, empecé a añadir puntitos de colores alrededor de toda las letras y espacios vacíos para que tuviese un toque de alegría y fiesta.
>So that the drawing would not look so simple, I started adding colored dots around all the letters and empty spaces so that it would have a touch of joy and party.

Y así terminé el día uno. De solo realizar el boceto y colorear parte del dibujo quedé muy cansada. Así que me fui a dormir y al día siguiente continué trabajando.
>And so I ended day one. Just making the sketch and coloring part of the drawing made me very tired. So I went to sleep and the next day I continued working.

Continué mezcando colores para crear el rosa y seguí coloreando lo que faltaba, darle detalles a la flor y al nombre principal.
>I continued mixing colors to create the pink and I kept coloring what was missing, giving details to the flower and the main name.

Y con los colores contunué haciendo los puntitos. Con el color blanco hice una especie de brillo para que de lejos se pudieran apreciar, y así le da más volumen al dibujo.
>And with the colors I continued making the dots. With the white color I made a kind of shine so that they could be seen from afar, and thus gives more volume to the drawing.

Como pueden notarlo en esta fotografía, el nombre principal está listo. Para el borde azul tomé una tiza y la difuminé y dejó como resultado un hermoso degradado.
>As you can see in this photograph, the main name is ready. For the blue border I took a chalk and smudged it and it left a beautiful gradient as a result.

Continué coloreando al personaje Peppa Pig. Para lograr ese rosa muy clarito utilicé blanco y dos gotitas del color rojo. Para el borde del personaje, solo agregué a la mezcla sobrante un poco más de rojo. Las alas de hada fue un truco que en mi vida nunca había realizado, le fui descubriendo a medida que iba pintando. Tomé el color azul y empecé a rellenar, luego difuminé con mis dedos y seguido de eso, tomé mi pincel con un poco de pintura blanca y apliqué encima. y este fue el resultado. LO AMÉ.
>I continued coloring the Peppa Pig character. To achieve that very light pink I used white and two drops of the color red. For the edge of the character, I just added a little more red to the leftover mix. The fairy wings was a trick that I had never performed in my life, I discovered it as I was painting. I took the blue color and started to fill in, then I smudged with my fingers and followed by that, I took my brush with a little white paint and applied on top. And this was the result. I LOVED IT.

EL detalle del ponqué también lo amé... Así di por terminado el segundo día.
>I also loved the detail of the cake ... So I finished the second day.

Continué rellenando ahora con el **Feliz Cumpleaños** haciendo detalles con el rojo y el rosa que preparé.

Para lograr el degradado utilicé el rojo con el blanco. Hice en las letras dos puntos uno rojo y el otro blanco y tracé de abajo hacia arriba y se fue mezclando y así continué hasta el final, haciendo después los últimos detalles para dejar un buen acabado.
>To achieve the gradient I used red with white. I made two points in the letters, one red and the other white and I traced from the bottom up and it was mixed and so I continued until the end, then doing the last details to leave a good finish.
