The sad part about all of this is because people are taking their TIME blogging/writing and here comes these "flaggers". And BOOM! Your blog has been flagged! And this makes me VERY upset. I thought that we were all adults here? Have I just been knocked back down about a decade or so and gone back to middle school? There's no need for it. If you are getting jealous @ the fact that other bloggers are having success, then maybe STEEMIT isn't the right platform for you? And you should just go else where?

Here's the 3 reasons why your blogs are getting flagged:

1.THE PERSON IS AN IDIOT
2.YOUR BLOG WAS JUST TERRIBLE & JUST MADE NO SENSE (this is rare)
3.PEOPLE ARE USING IT AS A DISLIKE BUTTON (this is not what it's for)

Mainly, I think that STEEMIT should just do away with the flagging opportunity because this gives those that get jealous easily, the upper hand. They can go through every blog and flag it. Does that sound fair? Not in my books, it isn't. People are spending time, sometimes more than an HOUR to get their blogs up and immediately, somebody can take that away by a click of a button? No, I don't think so.


Flagging is only supposed to be used for blogs that are in violation to the rules. It is not to be used for disliking a blog. If that was the case, there would have been a DISLIKE button for you happy clickers to click.

WHY ARE THEY DOING IT?

1.They are not getting enough attention on their own blogs (jealous of others that do)
2.They are immature and IDIOTS

STEEMIT should take that privilege away from all users. It's just not right and fair. I've seen AMAZING blogs from people that are getting flagged, 3 minutes after it has been posted. So then what happens? People don't want to read what has been flagged! These "flaggers" have caused someone a headache and PISSED someone off.


What is the point of flagging? I completely understand if the blog is something that is ILLEGAL, having to do with pornography or some sort, but flagging just because you can? That's not right and that's definitely not fair to the bloggers who work hard to get their postings up and seconds later, it's been flagged.


I bring this up because I recently did a blog about "CAMBODIAN FOODS WITH LENA". I made sure all my tag keywords were correct, my blog had content that was useful, and it even provided a photo! Why would it get blogged? It's not cool.

I can probably expect to have this blog flagged because now, these "flaggers" will get BUTTHURT and the only way to hurt me, is by flagging me. Right? LOL.


Anyways, I wanted to give a little insight about flagging and why it's happening and why it should be banned. It does not seem fair to those whom have worked so hard on getting that blog up for it to get flagged, almost immediately by people who can not take a little competition.


This problem needs to be addressed.
