&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven todas las publicaciones que subo yo en esta plataforma, Hoy vengo a ustedes a explicarles un poco sobre la rutina que realice el día de ayer la cual venía enfocada a el trabajo de la plancha específicamente hablando de las palancas en la misma, es algo muy importante que pueden ustedes aprender Para si quieren adentrarse un poco en el mundo de la calistenia y del entrenamiento en general, así que espero que les guste esta publicación y vamos con el post.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Como les estaba comentando realicé una rutina de palancas la cual tiene como objetivo mejorar en el ámbito de las planchas lo que vendría siendo los músculos los cuales van involucrados a esto mismo, es decir los antebrazos, hombros y también músculos como lo vendría siendo el Core y gran parte de la musculación que tenemos en el cuerpo, en mi caso realicé bastantes ejercicios los cuales son bastante esenciales como lo vendrían siendo los press de tuck planche de a bastantes repeticiones para así tener un buen fortalecimiento de los antebrazos, también realice las negativas correspondientes a mi progresión que vendría siendo la rana pero en este ejercicio activando el mejor control posible ya que normalmente en las negativas entre más controladas se realicen mejor va a ser, ya también realice ejercicios de fortalecimiento como lo vendrían siendo las flexiones de tuck planche, que son un básico de la plancha y también realicé un ejercicio menor que vendrían siendo las flexiones de lean planche, esta para terminar la rutina como tal y también ejercicios como lo vendrían siendo los fondos, subidas de pino a fuerza aparte de muchos otros más ejercicios.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Así que prácticamente estos ejercicios fueron los que realicé y recomiendo muchísimo a las personas que están empezando adentrarse en el mundo de la calistenia y realizarlos, ya que son altos ganadores de fuerza y lo pueden realizar las personas que realmente estén dedicadas y quieran progresar conforme va pasando el tiempo.
