Hoy vengo a ustedes con la explicación sobre la reunión que tuvimos tanto los chicos de San Cristóbal como nosotros los de San Juan de Colón para la preparación para la siguiente competencia que tiene como nombre Dual Battles. Esta competencia es bastante interesante porque prácticamente es la unión de una pareja, la cual demuestra sus habilidades en conjunto. Así que nos reunimos para poder practicar para darlo todo en esa competencia, así que sin más que añadir, vamos con la publicación del día de hoy.

This competition is quite interesting because it's essentially a pairing, demonstrating their skills together. So, we got together to practice and give it our all in this competition. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Como había mencionado en la parte de arriba mis compañeros de San Cristóbal vinieron hasta el pueblo que aproximadamente se lleva una hora de viaje en motocicleta, y nos reunimos con el objetivo de poder practicar, coordinar y también de pasar un buen rato con unos compañeros que comparten el mismo deporte que nosotros, Así que lo que hicimos principalmente fue practicar combinaciones bastante interesantes para prepararnos ida a lo mejor ese día que toque competir conjunto a los demás compañeros de swc, todo esto ha sido gracias a esa gran comunidad la cual nos ha brindado la oportunidad de competir al máximo nivel, nuestros combos fueron muy bien planificados y con el objetivo de poder quedar en el podio de dicha competencia.
















>As I mentioned above, my teammates from San Cristóbal came to the town, which is about an hour away by motorcycle. We met up with the goal of practicing, coordinating, and also having a good time with some teammates who share the same sport as us. So, what we mainly did was practice some interesting combinations to prepare ourselves for the day we competed alongside the other SWC teammates. All of this was thanks to this great community, which gave us the opportunity to compete at the highest level. Our combos were very well planned, and our goal was to finish on the podium at the competition.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Aparte de eso, también hicimos un entrenamiento en conjunto para así pasarla bien un rato. Realizamos una rutina, la cual es bastante efectiva para la ganancia de resistencia en general, hablando específicamente de la plancha y del Front Level. Y ya al final de esto conversamos un rato y, como siempre, el objetivo es pasarla bien en grupo y es algo que pasó ese día junto a mis compañeros. Así que espero que les haya gustado esta publicación y que le den mucho apoyo, y nos vemos en la siguiente que realice.
















>Aside from that, we also did some group training to have a good time. We did a routine, which is quite effective for building overall endurance, specifically the plank and Front Level. At the end of the workout, we chatted for a while. As always, the goal is to have a good time as a group, and that's something that happened that day with my teammates.
