 Hi Splinterlands Summoners! Last week the reward system changed to the Glint System as I call it. As usual with major changes like this, it will further fine tuned to be more responsive to player feedback and to be sustainable. There was an advice last week that the team is reviewing the new rewards system.  Last night there was a maintenance and I thought that the above changes will be implemented but it turned out to be a hot fix for the EOS rewards. See below post from Yabapmatt:  Previously the Glint earned was based on the player's rating at the end of the season. This now changed to the amount of Glint that players will receive at the end of the season will be equal to 2x the total amount the player earned during the season. This will to incentivize players to stake more SPS and get more cards to increase the Glint per win and therefore increase the EOS Glint rewards. This will also encourage players to play more and spend Glint to buy energy and not stop playing once he reaches a high rating. I agree with this change but I hope that the team will also consider increasing the Glint earnings per win! 😀 Please comment down below your thoughts on the hot fix.
