Flying Dangerously Low to Get The Shot

These guys are surfing about half a mile out off a 100 foot cliff.  If you get water on the camera, all your pictures are ruined.  If the wave gets you, you do not even get to see your pictures.  Using a GoPro with its wide angle lens makes everything look farther away than it is, so you have to fly as low as possible to get good shots.  

This wave probably has a 25-30 foot face and moves extremely fast, much faster than smaller waves.
