¡Saludos chicas! Hoy me encuentro muy emocionada gracias a la receptividad que recibimos mi amiga y hiver @marytp20 y yo, en nuestro primer concurso en conjunto por parte de todas las talentosas chicas y chicos que hacen vida en esta grandiosa comunidad como lo es #MakeupPower, donde día a día uno se sorprende por el derroche de creatividad que acá se evidencia. Tanto hombres como mujeres exponen e impulsan su talento y nos vuelan la cabeza (en el buen sentido) con cada creación.
>Greetings girls! Today I am very excited thanks to the receptivity that my friend and hiver @marytp20 and I received in our first contest together by all the talented girls and guys who make life in this great community as it is #MakeupPower, where every day one is surprised by the outpouring of creativity that is evident here. Both men and women expose and promote their talent and blow our minds (in a good way) with each creation.
Este concurso estaba orientado en dar una buena respuesta propia cuando te preguntan *¿Qué transmite tú maquillaje?* y eso puede parecer un reto puesto que es común que nos maquillemos sin pensar antes en lo que queremos transmitir, sin embargo nuestro estado de ánimo y los motivos por los cuales realizamos un look pueden influir mucho a la hora de responder esa pregunta. Debo decir que el número de participaciones en este concurso fue gigante, @marytp20 y yo notamos que muchos usuari@s nuevas se animaron a participar e incluso personas que nunca habían publicado aquí antes lo hicieron por primera vez, al igual que otras personas confesaron no maquillarse mucho y solo saber cosas básicas de belleza también se animaron y eso nos alegró muchísimo, pues, más que una cara bonita queríamos que derramaran su corazón al responder la pregunta ¡Y lo lograron!
>This contest was oriented to give a good answer when you are asked *What does your makeup convey?* and that may seem a challenge since it is common that we do our makeup without thinking about what we want to convey, however our mood and the reasons why we make a look can influence a lot when answering that question. I must say that the number of entries in this contest was huge, @marytp20 and I noticed that many new users were encouraged to participate and even people who had never posted here before did it for the first time, as well as other people who confessed not to wear makeup much and only know basic beauty stuff were also encouraged and that made us very happy, because, more than a pretty face we wanted them to pour their heart to answer the question and they did it!
Debo decirles que cada participación fue única, todo participante acogió un enfoque distinto y lo hizo suyo. Algunas nos hablaron de sus experiencias personales, otras expresaron sus opiniones y muchas emitieron reflexiones muy lindas, eso nos demostró una vez más que por acá no solo somos una cara bonita y que podemos ofrecer mucho más que eso, yo principalmente siempre me he manejado bajo la premisa de *Todos los seres somos únicos y especiales por el simple hecho de existir, y justo por ello no debemos abandonar nuestra esencia, pues es ésa la que nos hace distintos al resto* así que agradezco a cada participante por derramar su esencia en su participación e invitar a otras personas a unirse.
>I must tell you that each participation was unique, each participant took a different approach and made it their own. Some told us about their personal experiences, others expressed their opinions and many gave very nice reflections, that showed us once again that here we are not only a pretty face and that we can offer much more than that, I have always managed mainly under the premise of *All beings are unique and special for the simple fact of existing, and just for that reason we should not abandon our essence, because that is what makes us different from the rest* so I thank each participant for pouring their essence in their participation and invite others to join.

No crean que lo he olvidado hahahaha. Siendo honesta fue muy difícil para Mary y yo elegir ganadores, leímos y comentamos todas las entradas, inclusive hicimos reblog para no perder de vista las participaciones ya que a algunas chicas se les paso por alto dejar el enlace en la publicación original, pero aun así tomamos en cuenta todas y cada una de sus participaciones; pero agradecemos que en próximas iniciativas incluyan el enlace.
