To give you an idea of just how many people are on here & just how often posts are made. I went the morning of 7/27/17 at 7:30 am Colorado time to post my new entries to the memechallenge by @fibra59 .

After posting the second & noticing that the "newly created posts" section was nothing near showing the first, I decided to count. In the 10 minutes between those two posts, 92 new posts had been recorded. That averages out to 9 posts per minute in the "new posts" area with no specific topic. 

This is not meant as a statistical analysis of steemit posts. There are plenty of statistics out there to observe & analyze & critique & whatnot. Sometimes statistics can be misleading though. This is just a general observation of a single point in time (the now) to make you all realize just how many people are here & producing content. So if you want to get noticed, you must post & post often & post content that other people on here care about. Otherwise it will blow away in the winds of steem. 

P.S.  I appologize that I should have posted this the day of, but my time was limited, I had to get ready for work & I work two jobs, 50+ hrs a week, so I am just now getting a chance to catch up on my steem & make a few posts.
