Suggestion to add Donate button

#### Components
Donation button, this option will give the option to donate to users by post or just donate.
each post has a button with the number of donations and total donations received.

at the profile will be donation button with a total donation received.

#### Proposal
each post will have a button with this details: `number of donations, donation value`

the profile will have a button with `total number of donations + total donation value` of the donations.

#### Benefits
this option will give the users the ability to donate for their favorite bloggers not only with upvotes and it will get visible at each user, donates through the wallet can't be counted and with this function, it will be amazing in my opinion.

That is a great idea, but it require technical investment. Those donation might be in any coin, how will the steem blockchain verifies the transactions?
