With the launch of PolyCUB just around the corner, there's  a lot of enthusiasm in the air at the moment. DeFi is hands down the hottest thing in crypto, and the new platform produced by the LeoFinance team combines characteristics of the best DeFi platforms out there. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out without a doubt.

The launch is [set to take place](https://polygonscan.com/block/countdown/25621200) in approximately 6 hours from the creation of this blog post, and the struggle is real. Everyone around here is currently stacking LEO, USDC and MATIC in order to ape in and take advantage of the insane APRs that usually come with the launch of a new DeFi platform. And I'm no better.

Buying up CUB is also on the menu, as the PolyCUB airdrop is set to take place on a daily basis over the course of 60 days. That explains why those sweet CUBs have been pumping as of late.

However, I have to admit that even though I have been venturing into the DeFi realm for quite some time now, I honestly do not know what I should be doing upon launch. There are just so many options that it's hard to decide. I've been thinking about it for a couple of days now, and although @khaleelkazi did give me another 24 hours to prepare and make up my mind, I'm still rather unsure as to how I should approach business on PolyCUB.

The thing is that the first couple of hours are going to provide us all with a huge opportunity to enjoy nice returns, as was the case with the launch of [cubdefi.com](https://cubdefi.com/), so the FOMO is real. Furthermore, the success of the new platform will likely boost and drive demand for all LeoFinance assets, making it hard for anyone holding LEO, CUB and pCUB to shape a clear strategy. I guess I will be making my moves and revising them along the way.

I've been holding some liquid LEO for quite some time now. The crypto space has taught us all that money sitting idle is money put to waste, so thankfully in a couple hours I will finally be able to ape in the pLEO/WMATIC pool and put those tokens to good use. However, as the days go by, I expect more and more pLEO to keep flowing into the farm, applying upward pressure on the USD price of the LEO token. This may be a good chance to move some profit into stables and use it to re-enter later on. Those stacks aren't just going to build themselves after all.

On the other hand, the PolyCUB/USDC and PolyCUB/WETH farms will be providing insane ROI, and that leads me to think that people are going to be pouring funds into the PolyCUB token upon launch in order to get those LP tokens and start earning massive yield. The fact that the airdrop won't be concluded on the first day or week makes me think that there just won't be enough PolyCUB starting out for everyone looking to provide liquidity. That means upward pressure. Supply and demand, baby.

Cheers to Khal and the team for making sure the PolyCUB farms are the most rewarding ones by the way. This can only lead to immense growth for the pCUB token the way I see it.

In this sense, my best bet may be to use my WMATIC in order to buy as much pCUB as possible as soon as the platform goes live, and wait for the fireworks. After pCUB does a 3x or 4x, I will be buying back WMATIC and pLEO and joining the pLEO/WMATIC farm, only to start compounding my yield from then on. That is just a wild guess though, so take what you read with a grain of salt. My crystal ball works most of the time, but I can't guarantee anything. 

I could also use some LEO in order to get even more pCUB, but I'm quite hesitant to be honest, as I believe LEO is massively undervalued at the moment. LEO has always been a long-term hold for me, and that makes it much easier to opt for the pLEO/WMATIC pool, even if the ROI is a bit lower.

The excitement is real, and even though I'm not sure which route I should take, one thing is certain: we are making some money today. LeoFinance continues to prove it's the best community on the Hive blockchain, and I'm proud to be an active member. The expansion on Polygon is just the first step; soon it will also be Avalanche, Terra, Fantom, etc. Great times to be a LEO/CUB holder.

Today's the big day. Keep the grind going and make sure to join those juicy PolyCUB farms sooner rather later. This is an opportunity not to be missed. I will be back with more content and tutorials for those looking to enter the farms on PolyCUB.
