Pollo en Crema de Leche Con Salsa Blanca // Chicken in Cream of Milk with White Sauce [ES/EN]
Saludos mi gente linda, una vez mas compartiendo con ustedes en esta oportunidad un antojo que siempre me prepara mi comadre y hermana bella, Yoleida, como no tenemos la oportunidad  de compartir hoy por la distancia, decidí hacer este plato pollo en  crema de leche con salsa blanca, acompañado con  arroz de palito, tajadas  y ensalada con  tomate y cebolla a la mostaza dulce, un plato original de ella y justo hoy decidí consentirme para tenerla presente claro que no es igual a su sazón pero el amor de hermana es el mismo.

Aliñe el pollo con una salsa que mantego preparada en mi nevera, de ajo, pimento, cebolla, cebollín, cilantro, peregil, pimienta, aceite y sal

Utilizamos  un poco de cada unos de estos materiales.

Materiales para unir y hacer la salsa blanca para luego agregar la crema de leche.

Procesó de sofreír la cebolla y los aliños en mantequilla.

Unión de de la salsa blanca con la crema de leche a la cebolla sofrita con los aliños.

Colocación de los filetes de pollos ya sellados en la salsa y se le coloca queso cheddar a su gusto para cocción final.

Ahora procedemos hacer el arroz de palito colocamos en una olla espaguetis en trocitos para dorarlos en aceite y darle un color marrón.

Luego de estar dorado procedemos a colocar el arroz  agua y dejamos cocinar hasta su punto.
