**Hello dear Hive friends!**

  Avocado is a super fruit!  This is because it is highly nutritious, composed of lipids, amino acids, and a source of natural oils, and it has a wide variety of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, E, C, K, phosphorous, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc... just to name a few components.  For this reason, it provides important benefits not only for the health of the body in general, when it comes to food, but also for the health of the skin and our beloved, which is hair!

My daughter has curly hair!  I am always looking for homemade recipes to save some money!  I make the most of the avocado seasons.

  In addition to being a powerful moisturizer, as you already know, it also replenishes the essential nutrients for hair health, especially in the case of curly hair, which needs this type of treatment very much.  Avocado helps retain moisture in the hair, cleanses and treats the scalp, accelerates healthy hair growth, strengthens damaged fiber, provides shine, combats hair loss, reduces frizz, prevents split ends, seals the  cuticles, conditions ...  ## How to apply it?

 We know that the avocado is already very nutritious, but since curly hair is very dry, this recipe has an extra touch of nutrition: olive oil, which is also a very good vegetable oil for locks

  -Step 1: open the avocado with a knife and separate the core, then remove the pulp from the fruit and put it in a container.

 -Step 2: After that, mash the avocado with a fork, add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and also a tablespoon of honey.  Mix everything very well.

 -Step 3: apply the mixture to all dirty hair, strand by strand, so that the humidity is deeper.
