Hello everyone! I hope you are healthy and happy, As some of you know, as I have mentioned in my past posts, I have been on a back and forth of doctor's appointments lately. It's part of life, right? And to be honest with you, even though it's not my favorite activity, I always try to take the positive side of it and, above all, be proactive with my health. Since for some time I postponed visiting the doctor with my routine checkups, there are some ailments that need my attention and I have had to do everything at once.

Es parte de la vida, ¿verdad? Y para serles sincera, aunque no es mi actividad favorita, siempre intento sacarle el lado positivo y, sobre todo, ser proactiva con mi salud. Ya que durante algún tiempo pospuse visitar al médico con mis chequeos de rutinas hay algunos malestares que si o si necesitan mi atención y me ha tocado hacer todo de una vez.
