That is why today I come to share with you the preparation of this refreshing cucumber juice with lemon and basil that will be ready in no time and is also very nutritious, and has a unique flavor that makes it different from conventional juices.

Ideal to detoxify the body and cleanse residues of the heaviest meals.

La temporada de calor se a extendido considerablemente, se leen la noticias y solo habla de que durará un tiempo más, yo me siento casi derretida. Preparar bebidas refrescantes ya sea para comenzar las mañanas o en horas de la tarde es muy confortable. 

Por eso hoy vengo a compartir contigo la preparación de este refrescante jugo de pepino con limón y albahaca que estara listo  en un dos por tres y que además es muy nutritivo, y tiene que un sabor único que lo hace diferente a los jugos convencionales.

Ideal para desintoxicar el organismo y limpiar residuos de las comidas más pesadas.

***INGREDIENTS FOR TWO GLASSES*** 
  
1 Cucumber
2 lemons
4 basil leaves
1 glass of water

✓ Ice to taste
✓ Sweetener if desired.

✓ In we drank it au naturel.

***STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION***.

Step One:
 
✓ First cut the cucumber and remove some of the shell, there are those who like it unpeeled. And add it to the blender.

✓ En primer lugar corte el pepino y le quite un poco de concha, hay a quienes les gusta sin pelar. Y lo agregué a la licuadora.

Step Two :

Squeeze the lemons and add a glass of water to the blender where the cucumber was already in the blender.

Step Three:

In this last step add four basil leaves while the mixture becomes homogeneous.

It should be noted that this juice has a variety of health benefits in general because the cucumber contains many B vitamins which makes it an excellent ally for stress, anxiety. Albacca is wonderful for digestion, while lemon and other citrus fruits provide vitamin C, ideal for preventing diseases.
