Kaizen in self-development
Having gained worldwide popularity in business, the concept of kaizen quite naturally migrated to the sphere of self-development. <strong>After all, the need for continuous systematic improvement, which it defends, can be described and the desire of a person to become better.</strong>

Thus, kaizen can become a philosophy of life based on regular changes. <strong>This is a constant search for ways to improve your life:</strong> from acquiring new skills to getting rid of chronic stress.
