El Sonido De Los Ángeles hoy nos trae un mensaje bastante sencillo pero que es sumamente importante... Las energías de la semana se presentan con ciertas dificultades, probablemente cosas del pasado que duelen, reaparezcan ya sea en personas, en actividades, en acontecimientos climaticos, en el trabajo, algo reaparecerá y justamente la vida y los ángeles lo traen a flote y revelan de una forma u otra que es un día importante para meditar acerca del perdón.
 Lo bonito de éste mazo de cartas que tengo es que trae éstos pequeños mensajes que son bastante inspiradores y que ayudan a hacernos reflexionar acerca de una palabra en específico, esta palabra puede que la escuchemos o leamos diariamente pero no siempre hacemos consciencia sobre la importancia y el peso que tiene sobre nuestro ser, el cómo podemos trabajarlas para avanzar a través de la reflexión en conjunto con un comentario poderoso.

Cuando piendo en el perdón suelo imaginar un conflicto, cuando yo estoy dentro de ese conflicto por supuesto me siento muy molesta y yo siendo una persona impulsiva y orgullosa me es difícil perdonar, al pasar los años me he dado cuenta que eso realmente me hacía daño, me enfermaba y cuando fui perdonando y haciendo realmente una cnsciencia sobre ello, me sentí liberada...

Lo que les puedo decir, desde la sinceridad de las cartas es, que realmente una vida sin perdón es enfermarse, solo trae conflictos y problemas. *SÍ, HAY QUE PONER LÍMITES* a quienes nos hacen daño, a las situaciones tóxicas, a los traumas hay que aprnder a entender lo malo y trabajarlo ya sea en terapia o con algún tipo de ayuda profesional. Pero es importantísimo que se actúe, que sea consciente que el perdón es un acto inmenso de amor y se vuelve transformador. Solo que hay que saber hablar, exprear o busar ayuda cuando ya es algo muy complicado.

¡No te quedes en el dolor! Eso conlleva al rencor, hay cosas que nunca van a cambiar aunque querramos, no hay energía más poderosa que el perdón. Si alguien te hizo daño, te raicionó, te hirió, perdona y aléjate de esa persona, hazlo por tí... Y si es un daño que uno se hizo a sí mismo, perdonate y amplia tu ser hacia nuevas posibilidades, no desde la venganza, no desde la rabia, si se siente esa emoción fuerte de conflicto es mejor desahogarla escribiendo, haciendo algo que no sea crear más peleas y problemas que no siempre son necesarios, el conflicto es innevitable, lo ideal es aprender a perdonar a través de esas experiencias poco placenteras.

Nunca lo olviden: Buscar ayuda no está mal, busquen ayuda cuando el perdón sobrepase las emociones... Conversa con esa persona que te hizo daño y perdónala, también perdónate, si no deseas conversar, haz algun tipo de terapia para poder soltar todas emociones que se encuentres sobrecargando tu ser.

The Sound of Los Angeles today brings us a fairly simple message but one that is extremely important...  The beauty of this deck of cards that I have is that it brings these small messages that are quite inspiring and that help make us reflect on a specific word, we may hear or read this word daily but we are not always aware of the importance and the weight it has on our being, how we can work on them to move forward through reflection together with a powerful commentary.

When I think about forgiveness I usually imagine a conflict, when I am in that conflict of course I feel very upset and being an impulsive and proud person it is difficult for me to forgive, over the years I have realized that this really hurt me , I got sick and when I was forgiving and really becoming aware of it, I felt liberated...

What I can tell you, from the sincerity of the letters, is that a life without forgiveness is really getting sick, it only brings conflicts and problems. *YES, YOU HAVE TO PUT LIMITS* to those who hurt us, to toxic situations, to traumas, you have to learn to understand the bad and work on it either in therapy or with some kind of professional help. But it is very important that you act, that you are aware that forgiveness is an immense act of love and that it becomes transformative. Only that you have to know how to speak, express or seek help when it is already something very complicated.

Don't stay in pain! That leads to resentment, there are things that will never change even if we want to, there is no more powerful energy than forgiveness. If someone hurt you, betrayed you, hurt you, forgive and get away from that person, do it for yourself... And if it is a damage that you did to yourself, forgive yourself and expand your being towards new possibilities, not from the revenge, not from anger, if you feel that strong emotion of conflict it is better to vent it by writing, doing something other than creating more fights and problems that are not always necessary, conflict is inevitable, the ideal is to learn to forgive through those unpleasant experiences.

Never forget: Seeking help is not bad, seek help when forgiveness exceeds emotions... Talk to that person who hurt you and forgive them, also forgive yourself, if you don't want to talk, do some kind of therapy to be able to let go of all emotions that you find yourself overloading your being.
