韓劇「某一天」是改編英國ＢＢＣ影集「司法正義」，是李明佑導演在歷經ＰＵＮＣＨ和悄悄話這兩部以上流社會為背景的司法故事之後，一部以平民百姓為基礎來探討司法公正性問題的韓劇。

當然，此部劇最大的賣點當然是車勝元和金秀賢兩位男主角，要不是有這兩位男神的加持，我應該絕對不會開這部劇來看啦，畢竟這劇一開始就是男主和某個路人甲的一夜情，然後莫名其妙路人甲死了，他成了殺人嫌疑犯的黑暗故事，要吸引我真的有點困難度。

但，但，它真的是一部讓人一看便停不下來的劇，這是大實話。
明明是一個很普通的殺人嫌疑梗，可導演把它的每個場景都拍得好緊張，把男主當時一醒來竟發現跟自己一夜情的女人竟然全身都是血的躺在床上的那種恐懼害怕慌亂的心情、舉動，都一一用鏡頭描述下來，很容易讓人感動身受。

如果，自己是劇中的男主，該如何？會如何？能如何？這樣的種種心情的轉折，導演真的拍的非常好，也讓一般人有代入感。

可「某一天」這部劇被批爛尾，大家都覺得到最後一集的最後一段才「輕描淡寫」揪出來的真兇，簡直讓人無法接受，像是草草了事。

「這部戲劇並不是一部尋找犯人的電視劇」，導演坦言《某一天》製作的用意，是在揭露司法制度的漏洞，但意外發現劇播出後，大家更多的討論是「犯人是誰？」，這讓他很是意外。

導演會意外，也讓我挺意外，因為這部劇最大的弱點在我看來就是警方辦案的不確實，檢方辦案的很隨便，警方檢方都不查案子，反而是律師和律師的前妻在調查（而且是在男主被判有罪之後才開始查），這很明顯非常不合邏輯ＸＤ

我只能說，當創作人某種意圖過於明顯時，就很容易忽略一般人正常的邏輯思考方式，這才會導致－－製片方的主題不是觀眾最關心的焦點－－這樣的問題出現囉。
