A volte ritornano?!? - (ITA/ENG) - Sometimes they come back?!?

Dopo un lunghissimo periodo di assenza, che mi ha visto allontanarmi da questa piattaforma, che ruota intorno al mondo di Hive, dovuto ad un insieme di problemi personali, legati principalmente al mondo lavorativo, eccomi ritornare, o almeno tentare di farlo, anche se probabilmente a piccoli passi, con questo mio nuovo post.

Quest'oggi, infatti, rappresenta, per me, l'inizio di una nuova fase della mia vita, visto che coincide con il mio licenziamento dall'azienda per la quale ho lavorato per sedici anni, ma all'interno della quale, ormai da parecchio tempo, non mi trovavo più a mio agio a causa di comportamenti piuttosto spiacevoli, nei miei confronti, da parte del mio datore di lavoro, a seguito di un infortunio subito un paio di anni fa.

Chi ha avuto modo di leggere alcuni dei miei post del passato, sa che non ho mai nascosto questa cosa, e più o meno sa anche come sono andate le cose, ovvero che, una volta rientrato al lavoro, sono stato praticamente punito per quanto mi era successo, visto che tutto ciò ha fatto sì che il titolare ricevesse una multa piuttosto consiste, poiché non aveva mai provveduto a seguire le adeguate norme di sicurezza, ed ha pensato bene, quindi, di rivalersi sul sottoscritto rendendomi la vita impossibile, a partire dal mio demansionamento, passando per il darmi l'incarico di fare i lavori più spiacevoli, fino a finire con l'impedirmi di poter usufruire di permessi, anche non pagati, per fare le mie cose.

Tutto questo negli ultimi tempi mi ha portato ad avere degli attacchi d'ansia, che in alcuni casi diventavano di panico, figli di un iniziodi depressione, cosa che mi ha fatto arrivare alla decisione di affrontarlo per chiudere definitivamente la questione.

Approfittando, quindi, della carta che mi era stato offerta da un procedimento penale nei confronti del mio datore di lavoro, nel quale sono stato chiamato a testimoniare, e per il quale potevo costituirmi come parte civile, e chiedere, quindi, un risarcimento dei danni subiti, sono riuscito ad ottenere il mio licenziamento, così da poter accedere alla Naspi, oltre ad una buona uscita, cose che mi permetteranno di godere di un periodo, seppur non illimitato, di tranquillità, per cercare, e trovare, una nuova opportunità lavorativa.

Innanzitutto, però, in realtà, grazie ad una maggiore disponibilità di tempo a disposizione, è mia intenzione spingere, in maniera importante, per portare avanti un po' dei miei progetti che, comunque, fortunatamente hanno iniziato a muoversi, seppure un po' più a rilento di quanto vorrei, nella giusta direzione.

Certamente non posso dire che non vi sia parecchia incertezza, e che non manchi il timore per quanto riguarda il mio futuro, ma dall'altra parte conosco fin troppo bene il passato che sono riuscito a lasciarmi definitivamente alle spalle, e che mi era diventato insopportabile, e, di conseguenza, se metto sulla bilancia le due cose, sono più che soddisfatto delal scelta che ho preso.

Sta a me, da ora in avanti, lavorare per far sì che questo mio nuovo presente possa rivelarsi quanto più piacevole possibile, cercando di raggiungere quegli obiettivi che mi sono prefissato, e che mi vedono anche, tra le altre cose, curioso di vedere se mi riuscirà a ritornare, con un po' più di assiduità, a postare nuovi articoli su questa piattaforma, nel tentativo di recuperare tutto il tempo che ho perso in questi ultimi mesi.

Ovviamente nei miei prossimi post cercherò di scrivere, e trattare, di argomenti ben diversi da questa mia divagazione personale, dove sono andato semplicemente a chiacchierare dei fatti miei per far comprendere a chi, tempo addietro, mi seguiva, o comunque saltuariamente leggeva, come ad esempio @libertycrypto27, @zottone444, @mad-runner, @claudio83, @fedesox, @stefano.massari, @p1k4ppa10, @bencwarmer, @giuatt07, @pousinha, @arc7icwolf, che sono ancora vivo, e che a questo punto staranno pensando "ma chi se ne frega" 😂😂😂,  e che sarei intenzionato a tentare di ritornare, anche se non so con quale frequenza, a pubblicare qualcosa.

Molto probabilmente, ad esempio, tornerò nuovamente a parlare di giochi quali Splinterlands, dCrops, RisingStar, Terracore e molti altri ai quali, comunque, ho continuato a dedicare la mia attenzione anche in questo periodo, anche se magari con meno cura, ma molto probabilmente potrei andare a condividere anche articoli che trattano di economia personale, che è una cosa che, da buon genovese, mi ha sempre appassionato, portandomi, addirittura, all'apertura di un blog ([www.economiapersonale.com](www.economiapersonale.com)) dedicato a tutto questo.

Per ora, però, direi che vi ho annoiato forse già a sufficienza, e, di conseguenza, non mi resta altro da fare se non augurarvi una buona giornata, nella speranza di poter presto tornare a scrivere nuovi post e, quindi, a frequentare nuovamente questa piattaformae, perché no, riallacciare i contatti con vecchie e nuove amicizie.

After a very long period of absence, which saw me move away from this platform, which revolves around the world of Hive, due to a set of personal problems, mainly linked to the world of work, here I am returning, or at least attempting to do so, although probably in small steps, with this new post of mine.

Today, in fact, represents, for me, the beginning of a new phase in my life, given that it coincides with my dismissal from the company for which I worked for sixteen years, but within which, for for a long time, I was no longer comfortable due to some rather unpleasant behavior towards me by my employer, following an injury suffered a couple of years ago.

Anyone who has had the opportunity to read some of my posts in the past knows that I have never hidden this thing, and more or less also knows how things went, that is, that, once I returned to work, I was practically punished for how much I had happened, given that all this meant that the owner received a rather large fine, since he had never taken steps to follow the adequate safety regulations, and therefore thought it best to take revenge on myself by making my life impossible, starting from my demotion, through to giving me the task of doing the most unpleasant jobs, to ending up preventing me from being able to take advantage of leave, even unpaid, to do my things.

All this has recently led me to have anxiety attacks, which in some cases became panic attacks, the result of an onset of depression, which led me to the decision to face it to definitively close the issue.

Taking advantage, therefore, of the paper that had been offered to me by a criminal proceeding against my employer, in which I was called to testify, and for which I could appear as a civil party, and therefore request compensation for damages suffered, I managed to get my dismissal, so as to be able to access Naspi, as well as a good exit, things that will allow me to enjoy a period, although not unlimited, of tranquility, to look for, and find, a new job opportunity .

First of all, however, in reality, thanks to a greater availability of time available, it is my intention to push, in an important way, to carry forward some of my projects which, however, fortunately have started to move, albeit a little more slowly than I would like, in the right direction.

I certainly can't say that there isn't a lot of uncertainty, and that there isn't a lack of fear regarding my future, but on the other hand I know all too well the past that I managed to definitively leave behind, and which had become unbearable for me. , and, consequently, if I weigh the two things, I am more than satisfied with the choice I made.

It is up to me, from now on, to work to ensure that this new present of mine can be as pleasant as possible, trying to achieve those objectives that I have set for myself, and which also see me, among other things, curious to see if I will be able to return, with a little more diligence, to posting new articles on this platform, in an attempt to recover all the time I have lost in these last few months.

Obviously in my next posts I will try to write and deal with topics that are very different from this personal digression of mine, where I simply went to chat about my business to make those who, some time ago, followed me, or in any case occasionally read, understand, as example @libertycrypto27, @zottone444, @mad-runner, @claudio83, @fedesox, @stefano.massari, @p1k4ppa10, @bencwarmer, @giuatt07, @pousinha, @arc7icwolf, who are still alive, and who at this point must be thinking "but who cares" 😂😂😂, and that I would be willing to try to return, even if I don't know how often, to publish something.

Most likely, for example, I will return again to talk about games such as Splinterlands, dCrops, RisingStar, Terracore and many others to which, however, I have continued to dedicate my attention even in this period, although perhaps with less care, but most likely I could also go and share articles that deal with personal economics, which is something that, as a good Genoese, has always fascinated me, even leading me to open a blog ([www.economiapersonale.com](www.economiapersonale.com)) dedicated to all this.

For now, however, I would say that I have perhaps already bored you enough, and, consequently, there is nothing left for me to do other than wish you a good day, in the hope of soon being able to write new posts again and, therefore, to hang out again this platform and, why not, reconnect with old and new friends.

Lieto di ritrovarti!!!

Effettivamente, come accenno nel post, la situazione lavorativa di cui ho parlato era arrivata ad essere fuori controllo, fino a farmi stare male seriamente, e sono felice, nonostante qualche incertezza, che si sia risolta, tanto più in questo modo che risulta essere a mio vantaggio.

Ora potrò gestire il mio tempo, e la mia vita, almeno per un certo periodo, con la dovuta serenità, e spero che questo mi permetterà di raggiungere certi obiettivi che ho in mente, e, nel caso, di trovare una nuova opportunità lavorativa. 

Mi auguro, inoltre, di poter tornare a dedicare una parte del mio tempo anche a questa piattaforma, dalla quale mancavo da fin troppo tempo, e, in questo modo, di rialacciare vecchie amicizie e farne di nuove.

Non posso che essere d'accordo con te, caro @bencwarmer.

Ho attraversato un periodo decisamente complicato, a tal proposito, e sono più che lieto di essere riuscito a risolverlo in questo modo, tra l'altro a mio vantaggio, prima di arrivare ad un punto di non ritorno.

Non so se mi riuscirà di tornare con la frequenza di prima, ma cercherò di fare del mio meglio per essere più presente.

E' un vero piacere poter tornare a scambiare "quattro chiacchere", seppur virtuali, con te ed anche con vecchi "amici" di questo gruppo, dal quale sono mancato anche fin troppo.

Gli ultimi 2 anni, a partire dal mio infortunio, effettivamente non sono stati molto rosei, fino al punto di avermi portato a stare piuttosto male, come scrivevo nel mio post, ma fortunatamente le cose sono cambiate, e, grazie alla soluzione alla quale sono riuscito ad arrivare, potrò lasciarmi il passato alle spalle e pensare solo al mio presente ed alla costruzione di un futuro migliore.

Spero, al riguardo, di riuscire anche a ritagliarmi lo spazio per tornare a postare su questa piattaforma con un po' più di costanza ed assiduità, visto che la cosa mi mancava, sinceramente.

Che piacere risentirci!!!

Certamente avrei evitato volentieri di ritrovarmi in una situazione del genere, ma, visto che comnque le cose sono andate così, riuscire a chiudere la questione in questo modo, se non altro mi consentirà di gestire in maniera diversa il mio presente e di tentare di costrirmi un nuovo futuro senza l'assillo di una necessità impellente che possa farmi prendere decisioni affrettate.

In questi giorni, passato un breve periodo iniziale, durante il quale voglio solo pensare a rilassarmi, e godermi questa sensazione di libertà che mi sono riconquistato, mi metterò sotto a spingere su alcuni progetti che ho in mente e, nel frattempo, valuterò eventuali offerte di lavoro.

in contemporanea, se, come spero, mi riuscirà, mi piacerebbe anche riprendere il mio percorso su questa piattaforma, anche se al momento non so con quale frequenza.

Spero avremo modo di risentirci un po' più spesso... 😇

Sono felice di rileggerti!

In realtà praticamente il nostro ritorno è coinciso, io mancavo dal periodo natalizio e ho ripreso a scrivere proprio l'altro ieri; sarà un caso? Io non credo!

Conoscevo la tua situazione perché avevamo avuto modo di parlarne, sai cosa pensavo all'epoca e non è cambiata la mia idea; ora che ti sei licenziato vedrai che l'ansia passerà e con un po' più di serenità riuscirai a prefissarti gli obiettivi che ti eri posto, troverai un  lavoro che ti gratifica molto di più di quello che hai lasciato e realizzerai mille altre cose, io ne sono certo.

Tutto parte dalla mente e per fare grandi cose è necessario avere tranquillità e serenità che a loro volta portano alla lucidità che permette sempre di fare le scelte migliori.

Non sapevo di questa tua assenza, quasi contemporanea alla mia, da questa piattaforma, e devo ammettere che, ritrovarsi a ritornare praticamente nello stesso periodo, effettivamente, per essere una coincidenza, sembra quasi piuttosto assurda... 

Era una situazione che andava avanti già da fin troppo tempo, e, sinceramente, per quanto non è stato facile affrontarla, sono felice di aver fatto la scelta che ho fatto, visto che continuare a portare avanti la suddetta mi avrebbe portato a stare troppo male.

In questo modo, invece, mi sono assicurato un periodo, seppure non infinito, di tranquillità, che mi consentirà di rilassarmi, e ritornare un po' più sereno, e, di conseguenza, a lavorare con più serenità su alcune cose che mi interessano, e nel frattempo trovare una nuova opportunità lavorativa che possa essere migliore di quella precedente.

Guarda, sono contenta che finalmente ti sia potuto sganciare da quel lavoro tossico😖. Anche se causa tempi che corrono mi sono sempre guardata bene da consigliare a conoscenti e amici di licenziarsi dal lavoro, in casi come il tuo è accettabile il rischio (dati i malanni che si rischiano a insisterci, in ogni caso si *impoverirebbe* molto di più). 
Dalla piattaforma ora sono io che *latito*. La dissertazione che devo consegnare è un autentico inferno e purtroppo ha la priorità sul telelavoro. Ieri ho sentito l'università per chiedere di *questioni tecniche* delle quali non fornivano se non vaghe delucidazioni nel modello base per la formattazione (l'autentico inferno sta più che altro lì perchè se ne fa una questione imperiosa tanto quanto l'obbligo del pacchetto Office perchè del formato PDF non ne vogliono affatto sapere e qui *vai con Winzozz*🤣 e l'antidiluviano Word2003 studenti e docenti perchè l'unica versione mai avuta). Oramai è pronta, ma per la prima volta in vita mia mi rivolgerò a un'agenzia per la correzione della formattazione perchè così com'è non mi fido a inviarla. L'università mi ha detto che se ne avessi bisogno, potrei estendere gratuitamente di altri sei mesi la specializzazione unicamente in pro della dissertazione, ma in tutta sincerità vorrei levarmela *dalle zampe* il prima possibile (con i sei mesi in più andrei fino a fine gennaio 2025, però preferirei di gran lunga *anche no*), nella più viva speranza che dopo l'eventuale correzione formattazione dell'agenzia non mi facciano le pulci per ulteriori correzioni. Santo cielo, mai ma proprio mai un lavoro accademico mi aveva ridotta a pezzi come questo, nemmeno la tesi di 112 pagine di prima laurea che mi aveva costretta a un intero anno di andirivieni alle biblioteche universitarie torinesi (quindi erano viaggi, viaggi e viaggi, ma avevo la docente orientatrice, cosa che qui non abbiamo).Uff😣

Che piacere risentirci!!!

Certamente non è stato semplice arrivare a prendere una decisione di questo genere, ma è stato praticamente inevitabile, visto che non ce la facevo veramente più ad andare avanti così, essendo arrivato, come scrivevo nel post, a soffrire di una piccola forma di depressione, e non potevo certo permettermi di peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, visto che si parlava della mia salute ed anche dei miei rapporti in famiglia, che non volevo certo andare a rovinare per un lavoro insopportabile.

Vedo che anche tu stai attraversando un momento piuttosto complicato, che credo riguardi quel percorso di specializzazione del quale, se ricordo bene, mi hai accennato un po' di tempo fa, che una volta portato a termine, però, ti andrebbe a consentire un salto in avanti, nella tua professione, decisamente molto importante.

Posso comprendere, quindi, le difficoltà che stai affrontando, e mi auguro di cuore che tu riesca, comunque, ad arrivare a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi, così da poter andare, anche tu, a migliorare la tua situazione, tanto lavorativa, quanto, poi, di vita.

Spero che da qui in avanti avremo qualche occasione in più per scambiare, almeno saltuariamente, quattro chiacchiere...

Si, è proprio quel percorso di specializzazione che dovrebbe provvedere *il salto di qualità* alla mia carriera d'insegnante. Indicativamente dovrebbe terminare in agosto, ma se la dissertazione (o meglio, la sua formattazione) dovesse risultare più problematica del previsto, mi accorderebbero altri 6 mesi gratis. Però vorrei veramente chiudere con questa dissertazione perchè a causa sua sto lavorando molto, molto meno di quanto lavoravo fino all'anno scorso, o meglio, fino a quando non avevo iniziato a buttarla giù, soltanto che all'inizio le dedicavo si e no qualche domenica sera, ma ultimamente ho dovuto *averci a che fare* almeno due o tre giorni (o notti) a settimana. Non mi sta più riuscendo di postare video musicali nel *cugino* di hive, la pubblicazione settimanale qui è saltata, apro publish0x oramai ogni due mesi (e mi costa un accidente anche così) e purtroppo non pubblico più su blurt dall'anno scorso. La mia attività nei forum paganti è diventata un decimo di quella che era un tempo. Insomma, mi manca soltanto di trascorrere tutto il resto dell'anno in tal maniera.
La depressione è una malattia difficile. I rapporti con la famiglia si deteriorano per forza di cose, ma non per colpa dei familiari, semmai perchè non è per niente facile avere a che fare con una malattia del genere, nè per l'ammalato e nemmeno per chi ci convive. Come discorso indistintamente generale è pur meglio rimetterci un impiego *crepuscolare* e ove fosse necessario, richiedere il prima possibile il supporto psicologico adeguato. Nel tuo caso specifico, l'importante è esserne uscito.
