Buonasera a tutti e ben ritrovati.
Anche in questo primo sabato "dicembrino", piovoso e piuttosto "freschino", eccomi rispuntare, dopo una giornata piuttosto impegnativa, che mi ha visto percorrere circa 500 km in auto, sotto veri diluvi di acqua, con questo mio nuovo post giornaliero, dedicato, in questo caso, ai risultati delle mie missioni giornaliere su Splinterlands.
Invece di riposarmi, infatti, ho dedicato questa giornata, nonostante un tempo veramente infame, per andare ad incontrare il creatore di una nuova startup, tutta italiana, che ho avuto modo di conoscere grazie a Club Hero, il club di investitori del quale da un po' di tempo a questa parte sono entrato a far parte, poiché la società in questione sta cercando dei possibili responsabili di zona in varie parti d'Italia, tra le quali anche Genova.
Visto che, come ben sapete ormai, se mi state seguendo da qualche tempo a questa parte, sono alla ricerca di possibili alternative, che mi consentano di mollare il mio attuale lavoro, ed andarmene da un ambiente lavorativo, oppressivo, e depressivo, qualche giorno fa ho contattato questa persona e fissato l'appuntamento odierno.
Purtroppo non avrei mai potuto immaginare che il tempo mi riservasse una sorpresa così spiacevole, mettendomi, in alcuni momenti, in seria difficoltà durante questa mia trasferta, ma, nonostante le problematiche affrontate, sono decisamente molto felice dell'incontro che ho avuto, con una persona che, devo dire, mi ha decisamente entusiasmanto.
Devo ammettere, infatti, che al di là di come si evolveranno le cose, che comunque sembrano promettere abbastanza bene, visto che mi è sembrato di capire che, in realtà, da parte sua non ci siano problemi, e, quindi, che si tratti semplicemente di una mia decisione sul da farsi, incontrare una persona così vitale, piena di energia positiva, e propositiva, come non mi succedeva da un po', è stato sicuramente, e comunque, un vero piacere.
Purtroppo, infatti, sono di ben altro genere di persone con le quali, quotidianamente, ho da fare, decisamente molto più portate a lamentarsi, e piangersi addosso, senza fare nulla per tentare di cambiare la loro vita, e, di conseguenza, è stata veramente piacevole, comunque, un'occasione come quella odierna.
Ma queste mie divagazioni personali, con le quali tendo a dilungarmi a volte un po' troppo, nulla c'entrano con l'argomento principale di questo mio post, e, di conseguenza, direi che è arrivato il momento di iniziare a parlare della reale protagonista dello stesso.
Il Focus della giornata in questione era, in questo caso, di tipo Disable, ovvero una delle quattordici nuove sfide, aggiunte qualche tempo fa al gioco, per dare più varietà allo stesso, che portano il totale delle missioni giornaliere sorteggiabili, a ben venti, rispetto alle sei iniziali.
In questo nuova sfida, per poter ottenere un numero di punti maggiori quando si vincono gli scontri contro i propri avversari, si dovrebbero, durante l'arco di 24 ore a disposizione, utilizzare carte, all'interno dei propri schieramenti, con le abilità Piercing, e Stun.
Purtroppo, se è vero che tutte le nuove battaglie che sono state aggiunte, oltre alle iniziali, hanno reso il gioco molto più interessante, grazie anche all'inserimento della regola che permetteva, di riuscire a guadagnare punti anche senza la necessità di utilizzare le carte selezionate per il Focus giornaliero, che aveva reso le cose un po' più facili, tutto questo sembra ormai solo un ricordo lontano.
Dopo un breve periodo, durante il quale devo ammettere di aver nuovamente apprezzato Splinterlands, e la direzione che sembrava avere intrapreso, che sembrava renderlo più vario, ma in contemporanea anche un po' più equilibrato, dopo un inizio che al contrario non mi era piaciuto un granché, infatti, negli ultimi tempi tutto sembra essere andato a rotoli.
La difficoltà di gioco, difatti, come già ribadito in altre occasioni, è diventata sempre più alta, al punto da essere, in alcuni casi, fin troppo esagerata, rendendo il tutto disastrosamente fastidioso, e snervante, al punto da farmi passare, a volte, la voglia di perdere tempo giocando.
Anche la serata dalla quale vi sto andando a parlare ora, non si è infatti discostata poi molto dal solito copione ormai già visto, e rivisto, che mi vede, dopo vari tentativi, riuscire a portare a casa solamente tre scrigni.
È inutile dire che, visti i precedenti, e vista la quantità piuttosto ridotta degli stessi, mi sono apprestato ad aprirli con un'entusiasmo pari allo zero, poiché già mi aspettavo di ritrovarmi davanti al nulla cosmico per l'ennesima volta, aumentando il mio scoraggiamento.
Sorprendentemente però, in questo caso, non so per quale congiunzione astrale, il fato mi ha messo davanti ad una sorpresa decisamente più interessante del solito, visto che mi sono trovato davanti a 11 Alchemy Potion, una Vampire Bat dell'elemento terra, ma, soprattutto, per concludere in bellezza, ad una Djinn Chwall, carta epica dell'elemento drago, ma nella sua versione dorata.
Rispetto a molte altre giornate precedenti, quindi, se quest'oggi dovesi stilare un bilancio giornaliero, questo risulterebbe decisamente molto più positivo del solito, poichè era da parecchio tempo che non mi trovavo davanti ad una carta così interessante, nelle mie aperture giornaliere.
Nonostante il mio entusiasmo per una giornata un po' più positiva del solito, però, questo non vuol dire, certamente, che io abbia cambiato idea su quello che non va all'interno di questo gioco, visto che, per il momento, si tratta semplicemente di un caso isolato.
Certamente, se così non fosse, ed anche nei prossimi giorni simili sorprese diventassero più facili da trovare, tra le ricompense ricevibili, in modo da poter arrivare a pensare che, incredibilmente, gli sviluppatori del gioco avessero preso in considerazione l'idea di riequilibrare un po' le cose all'interno dello stesso, sarei ben felice di cambiare il mio pensiero, ma, per il momento, questa sembra solamente una mia speranza, che dubito si possa realizzare.
Nonostante non sia certamente l'unico a lamentarsi di questa cosa, infatti, sembra che, ormai, la direzione intrapresa sia quella che tutti quanti noi abbiamo davanti agli occhi, e dubito, di conseguenza, che ci possa essere una repentina marcia indietro che possa stravolgere, nuovamente, il gioco, stravolgendo le carte in tavola.
Ma queste sono solamente, come di consueto, mie mere opinioni personali, e nulla di più, che possono essere, quindi, condivise o meno, ma la mia opinione personale rimane che, salvo interventi atti a riequilibrare un po' le cose, tutto questo stia peggiorando l'esperienza di gioco degli utenti, ed allontanandone parecchi, soprattutto tra i nuovi, che non sono certamente invogliati a giocare a queste condizioni.

Good evening everyone and welcome back.
Also on this first "December" Saturday, rainy and rather "fresh", here I am reappearing, after a rather demanding day, which saw me travel about 500 km by car, under real deluges of water, with this new daily post of mine, dedicated , in this case, to the results of my daily quests on Splinterlands.
Instead of resting, in fact, I dedicated this day, despite the truly infamous weather, to going to meet the creator of a new startup, all Italian, which I got to know thanks to Club Hero, the investor club which I have been joining for some time now, as the company in question is looking for possible area managers in various parts of Italy, including Genoa.
Given that, as you well know by now, if you have been following me for some time now, I am looking for possible alternatives, which allow me to give up my current job, and leave an oppressive and depressive work environment, a few days ago I contacted this person and set up today's appointment.
Unfortunately I could never have imagined that time was holding such an unpleasant surprise in store for me, putting me, at times, in serious difficulty during my trip, but, despite the problems faced, I am definitely very happy with the meeting I had, with a person who, I must say, I was definitely excited.
I have to admit, in fact, that regardless of how things will evolve, which in any case seem to promise quite well, given that I have understood that, in reality, there are no problems on your part, and, therefore, whether it is simply of my decision on what to do, meeting such a vital person, full of positive energy, and proactive, like it hasn't happened to me for a while, was certainly, and in any case, a real pleasure.
Unfortunately, in fact, they are of a very different kind of people with whom I have to deal every day, definitely much more inclined to complain and feel sorry for themselves, without doing anything to try to change their lives, and, consequently, it has been really pleasant, however, an occasion like today.
But these personal digressions of mine, with which I tend to dwell sometimes a little too much, have nothing to do with the main topic of my post, and, consequently, I would say that the time has come to start talking about the real protagonist of the same.
The Focus of the day in question was, in this case, of the Disable type, or one of the fourteen new challenges, added some time ago to the game, to give it more variety, which bring the total of daily missions that can be drawn, to twenty, compared to the initial six.
In this new challenge, in order to obtain a greater number of points when you win battles against your opponents, you should, during the 24 hours available, use cards, within your own deployments, with Piercing abilities , and Stun.
Unfortunately, if it is true that all the new battles that have been added, in addition to the initials, have made the game much more interesting, thanks also to the inclusion of the rule which allowed, to be able to earn points even without the need to use the cards selected for the Daily Focus, which had made things a little easier, all of this now seems like a distant memory.
After a short period, during which I must admit that I once again appreciated Splinterlands, and the direction it seemed to have taken, which seemed to make it more varied, but also a little more balanced at the same time, after a start that on the contrary I didn't like a great deal, in fact, in recent times everything seems to have gone downhill.
The difficulty of the game, in fact, as already reiterated on other occasions, has become increasingly high, to the point of being, in some cases, far too exaggerated, making everything disastrously annoying, and unnerving, to the point of making me pass, sometimes , the desire to waste time playing.
Even the evening I'm going to tell you about now didn't in fact deviate much from the usual script, already seen and revised, which sees me, after various attempts, manage to bring home only three caskets.
Needless to say, given the previous ones, and given the rather small amount of them, I was about to open them with zero enthusiasm, since I was already expecting to find myself in front of cosmic nothingness for the umpteenth time, increasing my discouragement.
Surprisingly however, in this case, I don't know for which astral conjunction, fate put me in front of a decidedly more interesting surprise than usual, given that I found myself in front of 11 Alchemy Potions, a Vampire Bat of the earth element, but, above all, to conclude on a high note, to a Djinn Chwall, an epic card of the dragon element, but in its golden version.
Compared to many other previous days, therefore, if today I had to draw up a daily balance, this would be decidedly much more positive than usual, as it has been a long time since I have been faced with such an interesting card, in my daily openings.
Despite my enthusiasm for a slightly more positive day than usual, however, this certainly does not mean that I have changed my mind about what is wrong with this game, given that, for the moment, it is just an isolated case.
Certainly, if this were not the case, and also in the next few days similar surprises would become easier to find, among the receivable rewards, so that we can come to think that, incredibly, the game developers had considered the idea of rebalancing a few things inside it, I would be happy to change my thinking, but, for the moment, this seems only my hope, which I doubt can be realized.
Although I'm certainly not the only one to complain about this thing, in fact, it seems that, by now, the direction taken is the one that we all have before our eyes, and I doubt, as a result, that there can be a sudden reverse that could turn the game upside down again, turning the tables on the table.
But these are only, as usual, my mere personal opinions, and nothing more, which can therefore be shared or not, but my personal opinion remains that, barring interventions aimed at rebalancing things a bit, all this is worsening the gaming experience of the users, and driving away many of them, especially among the new ones, who are certainly not encouraged to play under these conditions.
