### While the world's climate is doing peculiar things to what most of us are accustomed to devote a thought to wildlife. Sudden fires are in full swing in many regions and forests are burning native flora and fauna. Survivors suffer extreme pain while trying to survive. In one case, however, there is some help. In Kenya, at least one man has focused on the animals he tries to save by hauling water at 70 km per day to give them a drink.

We think of Africa as a place where animals thrive, but that is far from the truth. When the temperature rises, and is still lonely Spring in the southern hemisphere, water wells dry up quickly. In Australia, we have reached temperatures of more than 40 degrees Celsius even before the end of winter. Now a long, hot summer is approaching.

Whatever is happening here is also happening there. Kenya is on a par with the central regions of Australia. If we are burning, so are they. Animals generally migrate now to areas where they give birth to their young. But what happens to them if there is no water? How long will it be before its extinction?

Maybe that's what goes through the minds of people like Patrick Kilonzo Mwalua, who is paying $ 250 for the load and driving his 70 km-per-day truck to take water to a well of dry water. Of course, it does not last long and the animals wait for the truck to arrive. They drink quickly before the soil absorbs it. Thousands of gallons disappeared in a very short time.

If there were more of your species, perhaps these animals can survive the drought this time. The question is, however, what happens next? What fate awaits these poor creatures when they are no longer around or when the drought is so severe that even he can not afford to buy them water? A prophecy says that in the last days the earth will burn. That is surely what we are seeing now. Even regions that are normally full of vegetation and green are turning into bowls of dust. Only man is to blame because he alone is cutting down trees at such a speed that nature is dying.

### African animals may face extinction, but before too long humanity will also. We have pushed the limits and the earth is dying. Beautiful creatures may be the first to disappear, but soon we will follow them.
