Estoy muy sorprendida por lo rápido que se han ido estos días, ya el concurso semanal de @tripode va por las 3 semanas y yo no me lo creo. Desde el primer momento en que decidí participar me engancho tanto que ahora lo sigo cada semana, esperando el día que publiquen la frase para dedicarme a reflexionar. Insisto, es perfecto para desbordar buenas vibras, algo que me hace falta todos los días de mi vida.

I'm very surprised by how quickly they've gone these days, as the weekly @tripode contest goes on for the 3 weeks and I don't believe it. From the first moment I decided to participate I was so hooked that now I follow it every week, waiting for the day they publish the phrase to dedicate myself to reflect. Al primer momento de leer la frase pensé en aquellas personas que con toda la intención ejecutan sus acciones para atacar a alguien más, haciéndolo sentir inferior. Pero luego de leerla unas 3 veces, me di cuenta el significado tan profundo que tiene la frase. Para poner en orden mi desorden, voy a decir mis dos puntos fundamentales para esta frase:

At the first moment of reading the sentence I thought of those people who with all the intention execute their actions to attack someone else, making him feel inferior. But after reading it about 3 times, I realized the deep meaning of the phrase. To put my disorder in order, I am going to say my two fundamental points for this sentence:

1. <strong>No puedes dejar que nadie intente hacerte sentir inferior, debes defenderte y demostrar que tu si vales, que tu eres una persona capaz. </strong>Soy una persona que odia las injusticias y eso para mi lo es totalmente, nadie tiene el derecho de hacer actos para que una persona sienta inferior. El hecho que no hagas nada al respecto puede dar a demostrar que no tienes confianza en ti mismo, soy partidaria de creer que no importa lo que piensen lo demás, pero hay situaciones que amerita que demuestres todo tu potencial.

2. <strong>Si alguien te ataca e intenta hacerte sentir inferior y tu le crees, entones es tu momento para salir de esa burbuja y creer en ti mismo. </strong>Nosotros debemos ser nuestros mejores admiradores, lo que me lleva a una frase que dije en el Energy Refill Round 1: "Si no crees en ti mismo ¿Quién más lo va a hacer?". Cree en ti, demuestra que no eres inferior a nadie y que puedes lograr grandes cosas por tu cuenta.

1. <strong>You can't let anyone try to make you feel inferior, you must defend yourself and show that you are worth it, that you are a capable person.</strong>  I am a person who hates injustice and that for me is totally true, no one has the right to do anything to make a person feel inferior. The fact that you don't do anything about it can show that you don't have confidence in yourself. I am in favor of believing that it doesn't matter what others think, but there are situations that deserve that you demonstrate all your potential.
 
2. <strong>If someone attacks you and tries to make you feel inferior and you believe them, then it's your time to get out of that bubble and believe in yourself.</strong> We should be our own best fans, which brings me to a phrase I said in Energy Refill Round 1: "If you don't believe in yourself, who else will? Believe in yourself, show that you are not inferior to anyone else and that you can achieve great things on your own.

Debo confesar que me tomo 3 días escribir esto, he estado muy distraída, me resulta complicado concentrarme y las vibras positivas no son lo mío como antes, pero eso no me iba a detener de tomar la poca buena energía que tengo y plasmarla en este lindo Post.
