Definitely if we are going to talk about beauty I can't stay behind and let the opportunity pass me by, that's why I have joined the Ladies of Hive community contest week #119 with pleasure. This week they ask us two very interesting questions, especially I am going to focus on the second one: "What is your beauty routine? show us the steps, the pictures of your routine, and explain it all". For me beauty means everything, from the top of my hair, to the end of my feet, I am always doing my steps to keep myself beautiful and I have many steps in my great beauty routine that I am very eager to share and explain to you.

Definitivamente si vamos a hablar de belleza no puedo quedarme atrás y dejar pasar la oportunidad, es por ello que me he unido al concurso semana #119 de la comunidad Ladies of Hive con mucho gusto. Esta semana nos hacen dos preguntas muy interesantes, especialmente me voy a concentrar en la segunda pregunta: "What is your beauty routine? show us the steps, the pictures of your routine, and explain it all". Para mi la belleza significa todo, desde el punto más alto del cabello, hasta el final de los pies, siempre estoy haciendo mis pasos para mantenerme linda y tengo muchos pasos nmi gran rutina de belleza que estoy muy ansiosa de compartirles y explicarles.

Let's start with this beauty routine by talking about the biggest section, the body. The truth is I don't have a lot of steps but I do have a few steps that I follow religiously to feel comfortable with myself. First I will show you my favorite body cream, the Dermox de Leche, I can't explain the softness that this cream produces on my skin, the hydration and fast absorption that it has, I use it every day after bathing. Then, even if I don't go out, I use a Splash that I love from Body Philosophy that smells delicious. Another step I do every two weeks but it is essential is hair removal, I use a depilatory cream that is very easy to use and makes the process totally easy, painless, I am currently using one of Body Nature which is applied, left to act for several minutes and removed with warm water. Finally a step that I apply only when I have an extremely dry area or as a soothing after my waxing is the Nivea Cream which I recently talked about in a post.

Vamos a empezar con esta rutina de belleza hablando por la sección más grande, el cuerpo. La verdad es que no tengo muchos pasos pero si algunos que sigo religiosamente para sentirme cómoda conmigo misma. Primero les mostrare mi crema corporal favorita, la Dermox de Leche, no puedo explicarles la suavidad que produce esta crema en mi piel, la hidratación y absorción rápida que tiene, la utilizo todos los día después del baño. Luego, así no vaya a salir utilizo un Splash que me encanta de la marca Body Philosophy que huele muy rico. Otro paso hago cada dos semanas pero es indispensable es la depilación, yo utilizo una crema depilatoria que es muy fácil de utilizar y hace que ese proceso sea totalmente fácil, sin dolor, estoy utilizando actualmente una de Body Nature la cual se aplica, se deja actuar varios minutos y se retira con agua tibia. Finalmente un paso que aplico solo cuando tengo alguna zona extremadamente seca o como calmante después de mi depilación es la Nivea Crema de la cual he hablado recientemente en un post.

Now let's move on to hair, because I'm going to share with you my 3 steps to achieve beautiful, shiny and soft hair. I start with my Salerm brand protein shampoo, which doesn't leave my hair stiff, far from it, it leaves it well hydrated and shiny from the first use. Then I use a Novex olive oil hair treatment as a conditioner from the middle of the hair downwards in a generous amount and what is left in my hands I run it through the rest of the hair. I finish with styling cream, this one I have right now is from Novex but I love Pantene's, just from mid-lengths to ends with damp hair. I do these 3 steps all the time I wash my hair, which would be twice a week and sometimes when I have some Novex heat protectant.

Ahora pasamos al cabello, porque les voy a compartir mis 3 pasos para lograr un cabello lindo, brilloso y suave. Comienzo con mi champú de proteína de la marca Salerm, el cual no deja el cabello tieso ni mucho menos, lo deja bien hidratado y brilloso desde el primer uso. Luego utilizo un tratamiento capilar de aceite de oliva de la marca Novex a modo de acondicionador desde la mitad del cabello hacia abajo en una cantidad abundante y lo que queda en mis manos lo paso por el resto del cabello. Finalizo con crema de peinar, esta que tengo ahorita es de Novex pero la de Pantene me encanta, solo de medias a puntas con el cabello húmedo. Estos 3 pasos los hago todo el tiempo que me voy a lavar el cabello, lo cual serían 2 veces por semana y en alguna ocasión cuando tengo aplico también protector térmico de Novex.

Now we go to the longest routine and that is the facial, here I will explain the fixed steps and then the optional ones. I start with the Dernier cleanser to leave my face free of impurities, then I apply a toner to moisturize the Dernier brand, then I apply a moisturizer, in the day the Dernier which contains many vitamins, at night I apply a denser Nivea brand. And I finish the day with sunscreen which is an indispensable step to protect our skin from the sun's rays that are so harmful to us. As optional steps I apply a chemical exfoliant once every 2 weeks, it's not a step I need very often. I also have a makeup remover from Pond's that is great and helps me to completely remove makeup from my skin, but after that I always apply the cleanser and the rest of the routine.

Ahora nos vamos a la rutina más larga y es la facial, aqui les explicare por pasos fijos y luego los opcionales. Comienzo por el limpiador de Dernier para dejar mi rostro libre de impurezas, luego aplico un tónico para hidratar de la marca Dernier, seguidamente aplico una crema hidratante, en el día la de Dernier la cual contiene muchas vitaminas, en las noches aplico una más densa de la marca Nivea. Y finalizo en el día con el protector solar el cual es un paso indispensable para proteger nuestra piel de los rayos del sol que nos hacen tanto daño. Como pasos opcionales me aplico un exfoliante químico una vez cada 2 semanas, la verdad no es un paso que necesite con mucha frecuencia. Y también tengo un desmaquillante de la marca Pond's que es buenísimo y me ayuda a eliminar completamente el maquillaje de mi piel, pero luego de eso siempre aplico el limpiador y el resto de la rutina.

It's a lot of steps when you explain them, but in practice you don't even realize when you start and when you finish because it's almost automatic. The first and the last sections that I present to you I do them almost daily and I am very used to it, I like to invest time in myself and in the things that make me happy, it is really very comforting. Son muchos pasos cuando te pones explicarlos, pero en la practica ni siquiera te das cuenta cuando empiezas y cuando terminas porque es casi que automático. La primera y la ultima secciones que les presente las hago casi a diario y estoy muy acostumbrada, me gusta invertir tiempo en mi y en las cosas que me hacen feliz, de verdad que es muy reconfortante.
