Just take care..and be with me (part- 1) Introduction post!

Hi Steemitens, 
I will share with you some medicine that will be related with our daily life and will give you relax in your body, 
it can be Body pain, Stomach, Multivitamin, Minerals, Antioxidant etc.. actually related with your whole body.
It's just a introduction post regarding medicine and body related problems, 
I will cover most of the medicine which you can take it and get relive from the problem.
Because of little problem in our body, you guys have to go to doctor and he charges a lot for just a small things.
I just want you to aware about some medicine that you can have it and get relive from it easily.
I don't say that, you don't go to doctor for Check up.
You Must go!!
But when you are alone and not being able to go to doctor, atleast for that time you can take these medicines and can get relief.

You should be careful about this nack pain, because it can be cervical also.
Just try to keep on moving ur back here and there slowly .
And try to take break while sitting.
In short, don't sit longer in same posture.
I will tell you medicine also, that u should take..but even then you must do, what I wrote here.
