#### Has Trump really outmaneuvered The Deep State, Media, and all  the Tech companies?

### The 2020 election is covered by an executive order, one  issued in 2018...

#### There was an  executive order signed into being on September 12, 2018.

By President Donald J. Trump.
 
That order (see Whitehouse.gov), is called..
#### “Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.”

In that executive order, it declares a national emergency.
 
That 'emergency‘ is still  active to this day - and the 2020 elections have been conducted under 'the state of emergency'.
Did Trump know along, what _exactly_ was going on...? 

#### “Unauthorized accessing of election infrastructure”

In the Executive order, it states that people and organizations (in the US, or outside of the US) known to “interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, ***including  the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation.”***

All those MSM media and high tech organizations are  caught under this emergency declaration of “foreign interference”  (and aided by complicit corporations in the U.S.).


It (the EO)  states that any foreign interference in U.S. elections, “constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States.”

#### Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company. 
#### And Scytl is/was run out of Spain.
Dominion is a foreign-owned company, which makes Dominion-based election theft a “foreign interference issue.”
Scytl - ( Spain)  is also connected to George Soros and the DNC .  ..(And Bill Gates also owns stock in it, apparently...)

Evidence has  shown how the 2020 US Elections were rigged by Dominion Voting Systems ( the so-called “glitch’s).
Dominion Voting Systems, and Scytl,  have had questions concerning  election fraud previously - in various nations. Such as being able to  inject 'backdoors‘ into its election software.

#### Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes that the 2020 US Presidential Elections may well be  illegitimate.


The National Emergency order...
...Specifically calls for seizure of all assets of entities that have, “directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election.”

That might include CNN, Big Tech CEO‘s, NBC News, the NY Times, and the Washington Post. 
_They are all complicit in 'gas lighting' America and covering up the election interference..._

The EO further explains that asset seizures shall target people and entities which have:

***…materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or (iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.***

The EO covers every person who's been corrupted or compromised.  
...And that includes Democrat lawmakers, including Senators Feinstein and Schiff, and Joe Biden of course...

#### Every organization involved in the election theft and cover-up can now be seized by the US government

In section 8, the EO explains that the term “person” also means, “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization.”
I.e... any media organization that assisted in covering up or assisting foreign interference in a U.S. 

Further in the definitions section, the EO explains:

***…the term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results.***

That would include the Dominion voting systems as well as all other voting systems used in the recent election.

Finally, the EO describes what it means by the term “foreign interference.” 
***…any covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions or attempted actions of a foreign government, or of any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, undertaken with the purpose or effect of influencing, undermining confidence in, or altering the result or reported result of, the election, or undermining public confidence in election processes or institutions.***

This is _exactly_ what Big Tech and MSM news media have done.
This is  treason… 
This means that all these corporations and organizations can have their assets seized ....

#### Sidney Powell has already gone on record, saying  “staggering statistical evidence” and “staggering witness testimony” about the  election fraud that was carried out. 
She adds, “If you want to talk about foreign election interference, we certainly have it now.” ...
According to a video interview with Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) the US military have just conducted a raid on the server farm of the now-bankrupt Scytl company in Barcelona, Spain.

They have also seized servers in Germany.
 They‘ll  be able to discover _who_ gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. 

#### The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

WikiLeaks documents show that the CIA used a data center in Frankfurt as a remote hacking base to rig elections. 
WikiLeaks released  (CIA) documents  that  claims to reveal details of  secret hacking tools.
It‘s claimed to reveal details of “malware, viruses, trojans, weaponized ‘zero day’ exploits, malware remote control systems and associated documentation.”

German daily “Süddeutsche Zeitung” reported that the building was  home to a vast network of intelligence personnel including CIA agents, NSA spies, military secret service personnel, Department of Homeland Security employees and Secret Service employees.
 The CIA was kept completely out of the server raid operation that just took place.( in Germany). 

#### GOING DOWN?.... Big Tech, media giants, Democrat operatives and half the deep state..


There are at least three foreign countries involved in this election, and that doesn’t  include China and Venezuela  (Funding for Dominion, apparently, came from  socialists in Venezuela).

If the Trump lawyers can gather the irrefutable evidence of criminal collusion to carry out election fraud, it will lead directly to Big Tech. (censorship and collusion with China).
The left-wing media are guilty of  ‚ gaslighting‘ and propaganda . 

This means that  Trump will be able to:
a) Arrest and seize the assets of _all the top Democrats and deep state traitors_. 
b) Seize all the Tech corporations and left-wing media propaganda outlets, those that were complicit in the conspiracy.  ( Twitter.com, YouTube.com, Facebook.com, etc).

DO THE RECOUNTS NO LONGER MATTER?

#### Are  the certification of votes now totally  irrelevant?

Trump _already has_ the full transaction logs of Dominion Voting Systems election alterations.

This  vote fraud evidence will be more than enough for President Trump to show  evidence to the American people -and  then declare an illegal insurrection attempt against the United States of America .

Once all the evidence is compiled and presented, Trump merely needs to declare the entire election to be null and void - ***It was a failed  coup attempt*** carried out by treasonous operators inside the Democrat party, the CIA, the FBI, etc...

Any party that engages in  an election, and then cheats to try to unfairly “win” that election, is disqualified by default. 
##### You cannot win an election by stealing it.

The recounts are irrelevant. 

Are the “certification” of the fraudulent votes  just theater then? 
A distraction while the evidence is being compiled?



This of course,  means that Trump has already won this election.(it's no wonder that he took a leisurely day off, golfing....)

#### The  DOJ may well be  about to drop 'the hammer' on the entire operation.


The only way to 'lose‘ this election , is to surrender.
