# So i begin my body transformation...

### I was an obese person and one day i decided to change my lifestyle and start to train... In the year 2016 with 483 lb. of overweight i was drowned and injured in my own body... I feel the need to do something for me and make the best decision of all...

### I enrolled in a functional training center and little to little beginning to develop new capabilities... There were new experiences that had many years without enjoying…

### As time went, i saw how i improved each time more, day to day was much more leading, i was active and wished to experience new things... Things that i never thought i could live...

### Troting, jumping the rope, doing flexions or abdominals, were great achievements achieved and filled me every day more than one satisfaction and one sensation of indescriptible self-pride...

### Then i wanted to take one more step and started with the crossfit... Obviously i was not with the maximum conditions, but when being a functional training and i could work it to my physical capacities and limitations, i decided to assume the challenge and to prove me.

### After 2 years of exercises, balanced food and the support of great people that have done the process something fun... I can only say that i have lost 176.5 lb., start to live again and i will continue fighting for better results day by day!!!

Hello @doomsdaychassis... it's like that... I've lost the weight of a normal person. I still have to lose about 60 pounds to do reconstructive surgery... it has been a long, extremely difficult journey with emotional ups and downs, but with the support of my friends and family I have managed to get ahead... greetings and thanks for visiting me!!!

Gracias mi pana!!! por lo general las personas que me han conocido por el chat han tenido una imagen errónea y distorsionada de lo que soy en realidad... Por eso decidí alejarme un poco de todo eso y así estoy en paz conmigo mismo... De verdad no estoy en momentos para desperdiciar energías en cosas que no me llevaran a ningún lado... Las batallas internar son descomunales como para estarle sumando dramas sin sentidos... Gracias por visitarme y tomarte un tiempo en leerme y conocer algo mas de mi, ojalá los demás también pudieran tomarse un tiempo en conocerme...
