What are you in to?  Gyoza, Dumpling, Potsticker or Peking Ravioli?  
 
To me, all are the same, it's just the way they call it in different name.  Off course everybody and every places has different creation of recipes to make it more delicate and delicious.

We all know Dumpling originally is from China, you may notice people also will call it a *Peking Ravioli*.
I was wondering why they call in different names and I came across to an article that Dumpling was brought to Japan by Japanese soldier during WW 2 and they call it Gyoza. 
Potsticker was given because a chef planned to boil the dumpling in a wok but accidentally boiled over the water so the dumpling stick to the pot.

So, as you prefer.  Which one do you want to try? I myself this time craving for Gyoza.  But I'd rather make some than buy, it's a fun family activity to wrap and cook it together, especially during this stay at home time.

The ingredients are everything I have at home: 
Ground chicken that I grind myself, roughly chopped shiitake mushroom, soy sauce, white pepper, a little bit of olive oil, tapioca flour and Gyoza wrapper. 
I skipped Chive this time, because I don't do grocery that often.
Mix it,  wrap it and cook it.  The most fun part is Enjoying my homemade Gyoza with my favorite homemade chili sauce.
