<div class="text-justify">This is a beat'em up and platform style video game made by Capcom, released in 2003 for GameCube and 2004 for PlayStation 2.</div><P/>
<div class="text-justify">Viewtiful Joe was born as an experimental game, with graphics and development of a more retro style for the time in which it was released, so Capcom bet on Nintendo users and their Gamecube, thinking that it was the customer segment that could better appreciate it.</div><P/> 
<div class="text-justify">The strategy worked, and given its success and sales projection, it was later decided to release the game for Sony's platform.</div><P/>

<div class="text-justify">Viewtiful Joe has 2 direct sequels, Viewtiful Joe 2 for GameCube and PlayStation 2 and Viewtiful Joe: Double Trouble for Nintendo DS, both titles following the gameplay style of the first one. There is also a fighting spin-off titled Viewtiful Joe: Red Hot Rumble for GameCube and PlayStation Portable (PSP), which follows a similar fighting style to the Super Smash Bros. games.</div><P/>
