Lo primero que ocupé fue 1 taza de arroz por 2 y 1/2 de agua
para cocinar el arroz mientras preparaba el guiso del pollo y picaba el plátano en tajadas.

Para guisar el pollo ocupé una olla y lo puse a sofreír hasta sellarlo, luego añadí los aliños bien picaditos y lo dejé al fuego durante unos minutos hasta que espesara un poco la salsita. 

>To cook the chicken, I took a pot and put it to fry until it was sealed, then I added the finely chopped dressings and left it on the fire for a few minutes until the sauce thickened a little.
