Hola Hivers, 

Este año mi blog va tener un ligero cambio, ahora me verán mucho más tiempo en la cocina. Aunque no soy chef ni estudié algo relacionado a la cocina, es algo que me gusta mucho, me divierte y me gustaría compartirles mis creaciones. 

En videos anteriores te hablé de mi libro las [**50 Mejores Recetas del Día Mundial de la Arepa**](https://3speak.tv/watch?v=luisacarola/bmiuycoq), un trabajo de investigación que es en parte recetario y al mismo tiempo un viaje culinario por la gastronomía venezolana.  También te enseñé la **[masa base para hacer las arepas](https://3speak.tv/watch?v=luisacarola/mcpnsxry)**, y hoy te voy hablar de los rellenos. 

*La Reina Pepiada* es una de las arepas más populares y famosas de Venezuela. Su relleno es muy simple de preparar, porque se compone de una mezcla de pollo desmenuzado, aguacate y mayonesa. **¡Es sumamente deliciosa!**. ¿Te animas a prepararla?

Hi Hivers, 

This year my blog is going to have a slight change, now you will see me much more time in the kitchen. Although I am not a chef nor did I study anything related to cooking, it is something that I really enjoy, I have fun and I would like to share my creations with you. 

In previous videos I told you about my book the **[50 Best Recipes for World Arepa Day](https://3speak.tv/watch?v=luisacarola/bmiuycoq)**, a research work that is part recipe book and at the same time a culinary journey through Venezuelan gastronomy.  I also showed you the **[base mass for making arepas](https://3speak.tv/watch?v=luisacarola/mcpnsxry)**, and today I'm going to tell you about the fillings. 

*Reina Pepiada* is one of the most popular and famous arepas in Venezuela. Its filling is very simple to prepare, because it is made of a mixture of shredded chicken, avocado and mayonnaise. **It is extremely delicious! Do you dare to prepare it?

Las arepas son uno de nuestros más grandes orgullos gastronómicos, y la reina pepiada merece su lugar de honor porque vaya que es deliciosa, por cierto ¿sabías que se llama así en honor a la reina de belleza Susana Duijm (1955)? Hola @luisacarola, vi que borraste el post anterior y mencionas que hubo un error en el video, entiendo que a veces esas cosas pasan, sin embargo debo informarte que no es correcto borrar y volver a subir un post, eso ya entra dentro de lo que es repostear, el procedimiento correcto era corregir el post alli mismo e inclusive la plataforma de 3speak tiene un servidor en Discord donde ellos te pueden ayudar en caso de haber un error al subir un video, pero definitivamente borrar y subir de nuevo un post no es lo ideal. Lamento que esto ocurriera y espero ver mas post tuyos por aqui, recuerda que siempre puedes pedir ayuda en nuestro canal en discord de la comunidad Hivefood. Saludos.
