Diario: Rutina ☺️❤️🙏🏻💪🏻

***Buen día amigos de la comunidad de mayvileros y bienvenidos a mi post, hoy les quiero contar como estuvo mi día.***

El día de hoy me levanté muy temprano para iniciar mi día con ejercicio en el gimnasio que se encuentra cerca de mi casa. inicié mi rutina con calentamiento en bicicleta y luego a las máquinas de bíceps.

Al culminar mis 2 horas de ejercicio me dirijo a casa, ya eran poco más de las 8 de la mañana y me encuentro a mi sobrino despierto jugando con su pizarra 🤩 de inmediato le tome una foto ya que se veía muy tierno jugando tan temprano mientras todos dormían aún.

Luego me dispuse hacer mi desayuno el cual consistió en freír unas empanadas chilenas el cual había comprado unos días atrás, ya que tienen la facilidad de venir listas solo para cocinar y a comer 🤤😁

_Culmino mi post dando gracias a Dios por siempre tener comida en mi mesa y salud para mis seres queridos🙏🏻_

Esoooo una mañana bien aprovechada jejejejeje, que bueno que tengan un Gym cerca de casa, ojala yo lo tuviese jajajajaja porque muero por hacer rutinas en maquinas como tal. Muchas gracias por crear el contenido exclusivo para nosotros, es primera vez que lo hacen jejejejeje.
